| The perfect place to stay for a great vacation. This place very clean, well kept and equipped with all essential items needed. The fishing was great, and being right out the back door made the it perfect. The fenced in yard was excellent for our little dogs that came with us. Tim & Penny Binkley are the nicest people in the town of Ashland City, even suppling us with a family pack of tickets to the county fair. The Binkley's know they will see our family on our next vacation to Tennessee. |

| Divine! The kids had a blast, dogs loved it! and grown-ups well, we relaxed like never before! We will be back, and the only reason I hesitate to write how perfect the Seaside Lodge is,....because i want there to be space when we call to book next year! Thanks to the Binkleys, for one of the most glorious weeks of my life! |

GREAT CABIN, TASTEFULLY FURNISHED, EVEN GAMES FOR THE CHILDREN. GREAT HOSTS, VERY HELPFUL, EASY DRIVE FROM NASHVILLE, WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING A TRIP BACK.
