| This was the perfect get-away for my family and my 2 sons' friends. Breakfast on the kitchen deck and fresh air blowing through the house from the marina was so relaxing. Loved the massage chair and jetted tub! Thanks for offering your home as a vacation rental. Can't wait to return!! |

| We had a great time visiting Sausalito and staying in your houseboat. What a luxurious place to stay. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair which relieved everyone's stress. Sleeping in the bed in the master bedroom was the best sleep I have ever had away from home. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for accomodating us. |

| I would highly recommend staying here. It's a great location. The house is beautiful and comfortable with a really nice size kitchen. Everything you could need during your stay is here for you. The owner was so nice to work with and very responsive to my questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us. |

I just wanted to thank you again for letting us stay at your houseboat this weekend. We enjoyed the champagne and basket of fruit. Our wedding was beautiful, especially with all the activity from Fleet Week happening. We took some pictures on the wooden pier with all the beautiful flowers. All of your neighbors walking by were very nice and congratulated us.
We didn't have any problems with the parking at the marina...no one was towed or ticketed.
Thank you again for accommodating us with the early check in and late checkout. Everything was perfect.

It is a great location and made me want to move there forever. As just one couple, the price is a bit high for a weekend but great nonetheless. Also, there is quite a bit of privacy on this dock as compared to others.
Everything is first-rate from the bed to the television and stereo system.
Susan, the owner was very generous – thank you for the delicious fruit and wine. It was the perfect way to kick-off a weekend.
We’ll be back soon!
