We stayed in the suite with 6 guys. It was plenty big and in a good location. The short walk to MGM was nice and the kitchen was great to have as we stopped by Walmart on our way from the airport to stock up on the necessities. No real complaints, it was very nice.

I just wanted to thank Jose and all he did to accomodate us when we stayed at the Penthouse and Jr Penthouse Suites. They were just as pictured and the building was tremendous too! We loved the kitchen areas as i have a child with medical needs and had to have a frig and boil her pari-neb to keep it clean. This was all great! We rented a car so we could get groceries and that worked out for the seven of us that stayed there.

We got maid service everyday and it was great. We arrived at 10:30am and Jose tried to get us early check in but there were people there the night before so we didn't get in until around noon. Check in was supposed to be at 3 i think. The front people can't check you in until either Jose or the cleaning service notify them the rooms are clean so i was glad Jose gave me his cell and the cleaning companies cell numbers.

Tower 3's pool was not open except for Sat and Sunday but literally, about 30 steps away, the other Towers pool was open all days and was not overly crowded. yOu could get alcoholic drinks there and food. My kids and dad ate at the deli right there are raved about the milkshakes and sandwiches.

We did not try the HUGE pool with lazy river up closer to the MGM cause we ran out of time but it looked crowded and fun.

I loved that the walkway to the MGM was all enclosed and well lit as i go to gamble at night and walked alone but did not feel afraid or vulnerable in any way.

We loved that there was a Starbucks inside the tower walkway and that when you got inside to MGM it spit you right out onto the Studio Walk.

Also LOVED the valet service for the car. You just pulled up and they took your car...when you wanted to leave, you just called down and the car was waiting! Awesome service!

The rooms were impeccable! The kids loved them as did the adults. We will definitely stay there again!

Had a fantastic stay at the suites celebrating my
sister's bachelorette party this past weekend. We
had a group of 8 women and there was plenty of
storage space (and bathrooms) for everyone! The
penthouse suites were just as the pictures indicate-
- clean, well decorated, and spacious. Was quieter
than most of the casino hotels, which was really
nice, and just a quick walk away from the MGM
Grand. Went to the MGM Grand pools first, then the
Signature pools, which were much more peaceful
and not crowded at all. Jose was fabulous to work
with and went out of his way to make our weekend
perfect. Can't wait for our next stay in these suites!

My wife and I stayed in the 1 bedroom penthouse suite and everything exceeded our expectations by a mile. We regularly rent from owners when we travel, and Jose made this trip extremely easy. He handled everything from placing reservations to arranging airport pick up.

The penthouse suite was immaculate and spacious, and the views shown here are genuine. Check in / check out was a breeze. Some very important facts to remember when renting from Jose are no daily resort fees (Signature does include those fees when booking direct), and Jose provides contact information for a private housekeeper (bonus for those wanting privacy and refresh service at their convenience). Jose was always available and happy to answer any questions by email or phone. Jose and the staff at The Signature will make sure you have everything needed during your stay. We will definitely stay again (already begun to plan our next stay with Jose).

I will be recommending Jose to anyone in my local area looking for a great place to stay in Vegas.

The Luxury Suite was amazing. We had a phenomenal time staying there. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We loved the view and the location. The service was awesome and we had a great time. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great luxury hotel! The best part is the smoke free environment. Walking into the signature feels like you are walking into a spa.. great decor great ambiance. The suites were spacious and had everything we needed esp for our kids. It was nice to have a full kitchen and W/D. Highly recommend it. Tower 3 is a little bit of a walk to the main casino but well worth it!

We enjoyed our stay there as the suite is large and beautiful. It is the farthest building from the MGM grande but because of the moving walkways it didn't seem that bad and it is the best location for the monorail although we never left the complex. I have one complaint though. They did not clarify expenses up front. We had a few hundred dollars charged at the front desk for cleaning and administration charges. If these had been mentiond up front it would have been better. I did mention this to the people that own the suite and they mentioned something about having it central billed and returned to me but I haven't heard back since.

Overall the place is great and I would think about going back but I would want clarification on what charges can be avoided and how. When we walked in, the place was clean accept for a pair of underwear-- it was a little strange but I imagine whoever cleaned the suite didn't know what to do with them as this is a privately owned suite and taking them to lost and found would be inappropriate. There was also a problem with the television but someone came up to repair it relatively quickly and there was another TV in the bedroom.
