| Awesome accomodations and a great way to spend time with family. The house is extremely comfortable and has everything you need, including beach chairs for the adults and beach toys for the kids. Excellent location with plenty of parking (Including garage space). The owners have thought of everything and the pride is evident as soon as you walk inside the home. I would definitely recommend this to all, especially those who have contemplated doing an extended family vacation, but were curious how it would be under one roof - plenty of elbow room for everyone and then some. |

Thank you very much! We had a great time staying at the house. We had the whole family (8 people) there and really had a great time. Great view of the Gulf and right across the street to the beach! All kinds of resturants and things to do real close by. We all said that we will have to do it again next year.

| You can't go wrong if you rent this home. We had 5 families with a total of 18 people and we had plenty of room. The home is outfitted with everything you could possibly need. Some quality points were the extra ice maker, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and the double sets of washer and dryers. The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Some of us stayed on the beach and some of us enjoyed the large pool and spa. The weather cooperated with us and we were able to swim in the pool everyday. The home has wonderful views of the ocean and lake and very convenient to all local attractions. Our family had a great time resting and relaxing for the week. My brothers and I are so grateful we were able to spend time on the beach with our 77 and 79 yr old parents. The grandchildren will remember this week for years to come. Your home was so accommodating and beautiful. The location is awesome and the pool was just right. We felt alittle part of heaven there. We hope to be blessed to vacation there again next year. Thanks again. |

| Our family of 13 (ll adults and two teenagers) had plenty of space and privacy in this wonderful home. The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants, shopping, fishing, etc. The view of the ocean is fabulous. The convenience of the Crab Trap just across the street is very nice (easy street to cross). The house has all the conveniences of home and more - two dishwashers, two sets of "nice" washers and dryers, a separate icemaker, TVs (big) in every room, BIG private pool and spa. We enjoyed it all and hope to return in the future. Nick is a great host and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Destin is our heaven on earth!! |

| Our group of 14 had a wonderful vacation at Destination Paradise. The house is wonderfully appointed and the location is excellent. Directly across the street from the beach and the Crab Trap restaurant, we encountered no problems crossing. The pool was wonderful and down the street is parasailing and scooter rental. I would highly reccommend this vaction home. |

| We had a group of 16 stay the week of July 26 - August 1. The house was wonderful. We were definitely spoiled by all of the amenities at the house. The property that the house was on is great b/c you are not right on top of another house (gives you some privacy). Being right across the street from the beach was fantastic. You can hit up the beach in the morning and then come back to the huge pool in afternoon. The location of the house can't be beat. You are right across the street from the Crab Trap and just down the road from everything else. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience. |

| MR NICK YOU HAVE TRULY TOPPED ANYTHING I COULD EVER IMAGINE. OUR STAY AT YOUR HOME WAS DEFINITELY MEMORABLE.THE LOCATION,SPACE AND VIEW WAS EVERYTHING I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. | We had fifteen people staying in the house for the week of July 11 - 18 and we were all very comfortable. It is a lovely home, the children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as did the adults, and we found the house to be well-equiped and we enjoyed our stay very much! I have rented many homes and I found Nick to be extremely easy and pleasant to work with. I thank you, as do my family, for sharing your lovely home. We had a GREAT TIME! | For the past 10 years our family has been trying out various vacation spots that could accomadate our large group. This location was perfect. The house alone is fantastic but the added feature of being on the lake and across the street from the beach and a great family eatery were a real plus. The real surprise for me was the great ocean breeze that made the mosquitose non-existant. Evenings by the pool or on the balcony were totally relaxing. |

| This is a wonderful, beautiful home with an awesome location!! We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked for the cooks in your family and the bar is a great addition as well. Nick is a pleasure to work with, always quick to respond to questions and concerns and works very hard to make sure that your vacation is a memorable one. The pool area is great and the ledges in the pool make a wonderful play area for supervised toddlers and small children. The beach near the home is some of the prettiest I have seen in Northwest Florida and having the Crab Trap so close is a very nice convenience. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to vacation in Destin!! |

| 7-4-09 We stayed in this wonderful home the week of 6-20-09. Wow, what a great vacation. We had a group of 18, and the house was plenty big for all of us. The house is beautiful, with amazing views of the ocean. The pool was very large, and much needed with the hot temps we had. The Crab Trap was directly across the street, which was a nice added bonus. We were very pleased with the owner Nick, he is a very nice guy. The televisions are awesome! You will not regret booking this home! |

My family and I stayed in Destination Paradise. It is a fabulous home, that is situated in view of the Gulf and an inlet lake. The home is exquisitely decorated and feels very spacious and warm. The bedrooms/bathrooms are nicely decorated, and can easily accomodate many people. The kitchen is well supplied and the home has televisions with DVDs in every room. I found myself often sitting on the second floor balcony gazing at the Gulf and its majestic view. What a relaxing and fun location this is to be. I would highly recommend this home to all.

| Our whole family had a wonderful time in Destin. Nick was very helpful and responded right away to any request. The house was beautiful and had every feature anyone would want. The location was the best. The large pool was a real plus as we went from the beach to the pool daily. There were eleven of us from 60's to 2 years old and everyone had the time of their lives. The two washers and dryers and two dishwashers made life easy and the large televisions were a treat. Thank you for making this available to us and hopefully we will back soon. |

| We filled every bedroom and sleeping area of this beautiful home with adults and children and thoroughly enoyed our vacation. Two dishwashers and two washer/dryer sets made family meals and keeping up with laundry much easier. Our host was kind and attentive to our questions and the location was perfect. The pool is huge! Because we were taking a mid-winter vacation, we had concerns about finding plenty to do in the event of rain and cold. No worries! The weather was beautiful and this home's location allowed us easy access to all Destin has to offer. Our entire family had a great vacation experience, and we look forward to returning. Thank you! |

| 4664 Destiny Way is one great home. The amenities are far above the norm and are well maintained. The house is so very nice that you really want to take good care of it so that you are invited back. My family had an exceptional vacation experience and look forward to enjoying it in the future. |

What a fabulous house. We had 16 people staying in this house and had more than ample space. The floor plan was well laid out and and the kids enjoyed having a area of their own. The pool was spectacular and had ample room and seating. The beach was a short walk and the Crab Trap was across the street allowing mid-afternoon snacks at a moments notice. TVs and DVD in each room kept the kids happy as we had no arguing over which shows or movies to watch. The kids room even had a game system.
Nick was a great host notifying us of maintenance people and fielded questions in a very timely manner.
Compared to other houses in the area this house is hands down the best. Taking into account the size of the pool, location and size of the house.
My only complaint is that someone already took my week for next year.
If you stay here you will not be disappointed. |

| Wow, thank you for saving our family vacation. Thanks to hurricane Dolly, we had to change our vacation destination (get it DESTINation) and by luck, we found this wonderful home for our families to share. Incredible comfortable and extremely nice amenities. Short stroll across a couple lanes of traffic (that stops for you) to get to the beach and a shorter walk to the pool in the back yard. Fantastic place to stay. Can't say enough about the house and its' proximity to everything. Everything you need for a great vacation has been thought of from the amazing kitchen to the flat screen tv's throughout the house. Community pool was great! Patio has amazing views of beach and lake. Would come back in a heartbeat.

| This place is amazing! We brought our whole family of 5 and met my sister's family of 5 and we had plenty of room and were very comfortable. We should have invited more! Some enjoyed the great movies at the house and everyone used the high-speed internet connection. We loved all the beach action on the one side of the house and the quiet peaceful lake on the other side. We were a fast walk to a great sand beach - we did not realize it at the time but many of our beach pictures had the house in the background! Loved the beach bar at the Crap Trap - have the wonderful Bloody Mary. We actually put our name on the Crab Trap waiting list and sat on the patio waiting to be called. Late in our stay, we realized and used the community pool and we wished we would have done that sooner. These hosts thought of everything to make the place extraordinarily comfortable to stay. We could not have been happier with our family vacation! |
