| Nigel, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed staying at your condo. The view down the 8th fareway is spectacular. With the sun shining in from morning until evening, I could have sat out on the lanai all day taking in the scenary and every so often watching the golfers go by. It’s amazing how the golf course is so quiet and how well the grounds are maintained. The Plantations is a great location, with the Manasota beach just 10 minutes away and public golf courses nearby. I enjoyed the new course across the road – Sarasota National – and of course my favorites - Boca Royale and Myakka Pines. I hope I’ll have the chance to stay at your condo again next year. |

| Thanks Nigel, Our 2 week stay in your condo was breath taking. Your condo is decorated beautiful and very comfortable.The weather was great for viewing from the lania and spending time at the pool. A perfect place to stay while on vacation. |

We spent the week of June 26th to July 2nd in your condo in Venice. The accommodations were Very adequate and we enjoyed our time there.We were able to spend some time at the beaches. Thank you for allowing us to reschedule our original reservation from April to June.

Dear Nigel, I really loved staying at the Fairways in your condo. It is so quiet and peaceful there and the accomodations were terrific. I also really enjoyed the neighbors and sunning at the swimming pool. I will love to stay there again.

Dear Nigel,
We enjoyed our stay at your condo for two weeks in early November. The weather was beautiful and the accomodations were comfortable. We also enjoyed the view from the patio. The location is convenient to several beautiful beaches and is only minutes from downtown Venice. It is also very convenient to Sarasota and the airport. We hope to go back to area in the future.

| We found the condo an ideal location for birding up and down the coast. It also has nice beaches nearby. The balcony in the condo is an ideal place for breakfast and dinner with its wonderful view. |
