We stayed at "Open Breeze" the last week of April and had the best vacation of all our visits to Captiva. The house is one of the nicest I have ever been in and had plenty of space and activities for the kids.
In closing, I hope "Open Breeze" has survived hurricane Charley unscathed and I wish the people of Captiva all the best. |

| Fabulous & Fantatsic! The week that we spent in Captiva at Open Breeze was great. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities you could ask for; from the breezy front porch spanning the width of the house to the screened-in private pool & hot tub, there was nothing to do but relax! The endless seashells, spectacular sunsets and incredible encounters with wildlife and marinelife define the essence of Captiva. The Open Breeze house provides the ideal location to enjoy all of these. Nestled a few steps away from the gulf and around the corner from several restaurants & shops, it is the perfect backdrop to enjoy all the beauty that Captiva offers. From the great blue herons to the sea turtles, manatees and dolphins, we experienced it all! After the day's adventures outside, it was a treat to sit down and kick-back in the Open Breeze house and enjoy the bright, airy atmosphere. The master suites provided a wonderful retreat. The large kitchen and spacious living area were perfect for our nights spent playing games, watching a movie or just enjoying each other's company. We recommend this vacation only if you are looking for absolute comfort within the beautiful and captivating surroundings. |

Thanks soooooo much for letting us rent your GORGEOUS home on Captiva. We had a GREAT week, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The local wildlife was perfectly queued daily to our arrival on the beach. The Dolphins jumped, the Osprey fished, the Bald Eagles soared and a local Racoon even stopped by (outside the screen enclosure)one evening while we were hot tubbin to say hello!!!We made use of the grill most every night, and could not have done so without the well stocked kitchen. The shelling got better and better as the week went on and we sat many mornings on the porch comparing finds, and had a couple of killer Scrabble tournaments going too. We all loved your dining area table, and we were trying to figure a way to get it in a suitcase. The decor is just perfect for the house. It was so comfortable, it made you feel right at home instantly. We had a wonderful week and it's insipired us to make it a regular thing to go away, with just the girls.

| Our stay at "Open Breeze," was an unqualified success. It was the ideal location for our family reunion. The layout of the house was terrific, providing everyone with excellent communal and private spaces. You did a great job with the furnishings. We all felt comfortable and as if we were in our own homes. The proximity to the beach and the Captiva sunsets was a plus. We made extensive use of the pool, especially at the end of our busy days, and celebrated several family dinners around the large dining table. All of our children said they look forward to returning. |

| My daughter and I stayed here in August of 2002 for 8 days. We were looking for a quiet, relaxed place for a much needed vacation. There isn't any way that I could put into words what our week was like. It was the BEST vacation that I have ever gone on. The house is beyond description and if possible even better that the pictures. Be it quiet or lots of activity you are looking for it's all right there. Needly to say we are going back and even though it is more space that we need, once you've been to the best it is hard to take less. |

Thank you so much for renting out your beach home! Your home was beautiful & we had a great time. It was the right size to get everyone together, yet you could easily find a spot to get in your quite time & be alone. I love Captiva and this is by far my favorite house! Hopefully we can rent from you again.
