| This is a great location, easy access to beach and town markets. The freeway access is close but not intrusive to the cozy town experience. |

| The management company running it were wonderful and The Beachcomber itself was adorable. It is basic but well worth the price. Location, location, location. We came with a small child and really loved the fact that it only took a few minutes to walk to the kid-friendly beach. It is only 10 minutes from Sea World and 20 from the Sea Diego Zoo. We would stay here again. |

| The house is attached to another. 1 floor, nice, clean, very basic, just what we would expect for about $2,000 per week in high season. Off street parking is a plus. It's a bit noisy during the day, but the evening is quite quiet. |
