| I rented this lovely home in April 2009 and had an excellent stay. The layout was great for relaxing, dining, and just hanging out, and the views of the Valley from the hot tub were great. The house had all the amenities of home and everything you could think of in the kitchen. The media room was perfect for watching movies, listening to music, or just hanging out away from the main living room area. Highly recommended; we will definitely return! |

What a lovely home! We stayed this summer with
our children and grandchildren and it was just
perfect! We loved hiking up the trail behind the
house and did that often. The BBQ deck was great
for cooking and meals and the view spectacular.
We loved the split bedrooms giving everyone lots of
space and quiet. We stayed in Vail before and
highway noises were a problem. Here it definitely
was not. We loved the neighborhood location - a
short bike ride to lovely Donovan Park and Vail
Village. We will definitely return! |

| I went to Vail on a girls weekend and did not know what to expect of the house. I was pleasantly surprised! There was plenty of room for 10 ladies. The location of the house was very convenient - within minuets driving to Vail Village. Great house with lots of space. |

This place was incredible! We had a group of 10 people and had tons of extra space. I especially liked the fact that it has hiking trails right out the back door. This place is 2 min away from everything. When I return to Vail, this place will be my first choice. The owners keep the place perfectly outfitted and very clean. I have a couple of vacation rental properties in Arizona and am very critical of owners who skimp and under deliver.
-My kids especially loved the media room and the bunk room (with secret passages!) From one who knows, you wont be let down by this place. |

| Wow - what a place! Love the location with terrific views and 5 minute drive to Vail Village. We started hikes and bike rides from out the back door. Kids loved spacious loft and media room. Very comfortable, clean with beautifully decorated bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and showers. Will definitely return!! |

| Our visit to Vail was fantastic. The house had more than enough room for the adults and children to play. It was a cozy, comfortable house to vacation in for the weekend. The location was great with just a short drive to town. |

| We really enjoyed ourselves. The accomodations are so comfortable and we especially loved the living room and the eating area - they are great areas for everyone to be together! It is a great place for kids, especially with the theatre room downstairs. We will definitely return! Thumbs up! |
