| Wonderful stay, thank you so much, we had an amazing time. It was perfect for out little family of three. We loved taking walks along the beach at night and being so close to the Coconut Market Place was definitely a plus. We are definitely planning to make it back in the future! |

| This was the perfect place to stay. It is right next to the beach, behind the coconut marketplace where we found the best food, and it is centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do on the island. The beds were comfortable and it had a nice frig and microwave for convenience. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a perfect place to stay at an affordable price. |

| We stayed one week here at the end of August 2009. The unit was located in very quiet area of the condo complex with really beautiful vegetation around. Our kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool.We have enjoyed our stay hire. |

"We arrived to chocolates and a welcoming clean suite. The kitchen area met our breakfast and lunch needs so we could splurge on dinners out. The Coconut Marketplace met all of our shopping needs along with some a variety of eating locals. The condo was in a great location. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai or just a very short walk to the beach. Can't wait to return to the same condo.
The absolute best part was the ever available assistance from Karl and Carla. GREAT customer service. "

"My husband and I along with our 17 month old son stayed at this property for 4 weeks. It was wonderful to be welcomed to the island/room with a box of chocolates after long flights!! We were very pleased to have found a place so perfectly located on the island. Being centrally located, it was easy to see all of the beautiful island. We loved having a ground floor room, as our son was able to run around on the grass while my husband and I sat on the lanai watching him. The BBQ's by the pool were also an asset. The Coconut Marketplace was also very nice to have nearby. It has wonderful restaurants and shops where you can pick up milk, souveniers or book excursions. We hope to be back to Kauai and would definitely stay at this property again."

We had a GREAT week at the condo. It is so centrally located for convenience on the island. The rooms were very accomodating(bath is large, too). Coconut Market close for shopping and good food. Plan to go back next year. Thanks Karl and Carla.

This was our first time visiting Hawaii. We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo in Kauai. We visited 3 islands and the accomodations in Kauai were by far our favorite. Ideal location and beautiful grounds.

This rental is wonderful! Being right next to the coconut market place was so handy for meals and shopping. The view of the ocean right out the window is amazing and its awesome being able to go to the water right out the patio. The rental is very clean and comfortable. There were only two of us staying in the room so there was plenty of room. We stayed on at the property for 3 weeks so we were able to really become fermiliar with the area and this is a great location on the island if you want to go north or south and see more. Its also nice to have an easy drive to lihue which has everything you need. Thank you again Karl and Carla

| Our family of 3 stayed at the resort for almost a week and found the property to be very clean, comfortable and in a great location for all that Kauai had to offer. The extra beach towels were really appreciated as the ocean with spectacular views are just steps away from the patio doors. We enjoyed having the Coconut marketplace just across the road and the small resort lounge was especially handy the first night when we arrived quite late. Thanks again Karl and Carla for all your help and suggestions of what to do and see while we were there... We will definitely be back!! |

We stayed for 7 days there and couldn't be happier. This unit is part of Islander beach resort and the environment is so beautiful -- leafy plants, palm trees, well-maintained lawn, pool/spa, sandy beach -- almost perfect.
The location is also very good, being so close to lydgate park (with rock enclosed pool on the beach and kid's playground, my kid's fave) and Smith's paradise (my fave) just to name a few.
I have never met anybody better than Carla with emails. Answered all my questions and more.
I'd love to visit again when possible and would recommend to anyone interested.

We spent from Aug 24-28 of 2008 at Karl & Carla's place at Islander on the Beach . . . and it was WONDERFUL !In addition to being well stocked, clean, and extremely comfortable we were able to sleep late when we chose [due to the blackout curtains] and get up for sunrise on other days. The table on the patio/lanai made morning coffee a marvelous experience. We walked the beach for miles and wandered the Coconut Marketplace for fun.
We will definitely check availability here first the next time we are in Kauai -- thanks again Karl & Carla ! |

Carla and Karl's little piece of paradise was a wonderful place to stay. The room was very nice and clean. The microwave helped a lot.
They had silverware, glasses, coffe cups, plates and bowls. They also have a barbecue by the pool. We had barbecue at the pool and while cooking my kids were swimming.
The kids had a wonderful time.
The pool is a bit small but it was big enough for my little ones.
It was a easy access to the airport and very close to restaurants and shopping and supermarket. It is also very close to Lyngate park.
Thank you Carla and Karl to let us stay at your place and I really recommend your little piece of paradise.
Carla and Karl is great to deal with.

| The room was much better than we expected. The minute you walk in, you are greeted with the smell of a truly clean room. There were little extras that made a difference ie.. bath and beach towels that were essentially brand new and extremely soft, free box of mac nut chocolates, regular shampoo an conditioner, a pretty decent size mini fridge. Overall, the pictures dont do the room justice. We would definately stay there again. |

This unit was exceptionally clean, and completely stocked with everything but food and drinks.
Great location, right on the beach, and close to many other activities. Easy access from the airport.
Pictures are a true repesentation of what you are getting.
Karl and Carla (Owners) seem to be great people as well. They provided a "list of things to see" for the me (first time on that island), and were easy to work with. Great communication.
No problems, would reccomend! |
