This was the perfect location for part of our wedding and honeymoon trip. We are already planning to come out and stay here again. The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook needs to list Tish (Patricia)as a gem!! She was great, made us fell "at home", and helped the "bride to be" with her nails on the morning of the big day.

I apologize for the late response; I wanted to wait to reply until I had a picture that I wanted to share...
We had an incredible time at your cottage; in fact (you may have read this in your guest book) we ended up getting married on the lanai!
You may remember that we were planning on getting married on Tunnels Beach but it was POURING rain on the evening that our wedding was to take place. I was a bit disappointed at first as I have always envisioned a beach wedding but your lanai was a perfect back up location!
Thanks again for having such a beautiful cottage; we will be back--probably more than once!

Super! We had a fun time on the North Shore and loved the house. We cooked almost every night and it was nice having such a well stocked kitchen. We wanted to let Patricia know that we left the big umbrella under the house instead of in the upstairs closet (we noticed it in the car halfway to Hanalei and had to scramble back to return it)!

Bev, Rosemary and I had a wonderful stay at your home in Haena. We had a couple of cold days, but found sunshine on the south shore. I spoke to my sister who is in charge of our family get together for T'giving 2010. That would depend on our Mother's ability to travel that far. Patricia showed us the downstairs as well and the entire house would take care of our kids, grand daughters and us for a trip.
We will certainly be in touch if we can get anything scheduled for next winter.

We had a wonderful stay at the Haena cottage. We arrived after dark so we had no idea what the view would be like when we woke up the next day. Spectacular. Just to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean. There were huge waves during our stay too!

Thank you for sharing this precious place. What a comfortable home and beautiful property! We have had a wonderful beginning to our Honeymoon here. Off to the Big Island tomorrow. It is heaven drinking coffee on your lanai in the morning, it is hard to leave. I'm not sure if I know of a more beautiful place than the Napali Coast. We hiked it; swam at Ke'e Beach everyday and saw the coast from the water today. Other worldly! This was my 3rd visit to Kauai and Dan's 1st. It was music to my ears today to hear him say, "I'm already thinking about when we can get back here!"
Thank you again! We look forward to returning.

Thank you for such an amazing start to our honeymoon and married life together! We're sitting here having a beer on our last night after having hiked the Na Pali Coast today which was sooo utterly fabulous! We love Hawaii and Kauai, especially, so if we ever come back we're definitely be in touch again! We've loved your home ever since we set foot in here 5 days ago, so thank you. We're off down south tomorrow and then to Maui and Big Island where our adventures will continue.
