| We had a wonderful weekend! The house was beautiful and the gorgeous weather that weekend certainly didn't hurt our experience. House is a short walk to the sound, perfect driving distance to wineries, and a few miles from the cute town of Greenport with restaurants to fit everyone's appetite. Thanks for a fantastic time! |

| We spent a weekend there with our famiy and it was truly wonderful! The house is spacious, clean, and perfect for a family. It's convenient to the town and is in a nice neighborhood. We would recommend it to anyone! |

| This was the perfect house for our family to enjoy our vacation. It is a clean, comfortable, roomy house that is the ideal location for just about everything that you want to do on the north fork. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to another Greenport vacation soon. |

Greenport is a very lovely town in a very lovely
section of Long island New York. Your very smart
and comfortable house was exactly what we were
looking for--spacious, clean, very comfortable and
charming with tasteful appointments, plenty of
room and very comfortable beds. The nearby
private beach was a great walking excursion in the
mornings offering wonderful natural sights and
solitude. Greenport town itself was within walking
distance (apx. 1 mile) and was a great way to get
acclimated to the community. We played golf on the
nearby course, went kayaking, barbecued and
otherwise thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We're
already looking forward to next year.
