| This is the place to stay and play. Location, Location, Location.... Crabbing was wonderful and plentiful. Great place to stroll along the beach and unwind. We had a great time. |

| Our family stayed at Jacob's Landing this year for a family reunion. Our condo was pleasant, clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was a great place to stay and I definitely plan to stay here again. We had a wonderful time! - The Johansson's |

| We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Birch Bay. The accommodations and all the amenities were very clean, comfortable and much appreciated. Our family enjoyed playing at the beach and running around on the lawn right outside our back door. There are plenty of games and movies provided for indoor entertainment and the clubhouse pool was a great way to end the day. We would definitely book this condo again for our next visit to Birch Bay! |

We stayed at the condo and had a great time! It was so relaxing and quiet. The location is right across from the beach so you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. The condo has everything you need to feel like you're at home. It was very clean and cozy.

| We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location was perfect- right across the street from the beach and in the center of town. My kiddos had plenty to do to keep them busy with everything there is to do there, and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for opening up your home for a great vacation destination! |

| We really enjoyed our long weekend in Birch Bay. Even in the off-season there was plenty for the grandkids to do with the indoor pool, game room, nearby beach for exploring, and quiet roads for biking. This condo is a great value for families with or without kids. |

| Birch Bay offers so much more than I anticipated! We came out to visit friends at their RV Resort and soon realized our stay wasn't going to be long enough! Your condo had everything we needed, plus so much more. Next time we will definately travel lighter as you treat this unit as a home away from home. Thank you for thinking of everything, and next time we won't hesitate to stay longer to enjoy all that your condo and Birch Bay has to offer. (We loved the tennis court and your condo location is the best!!!) |

This condo blew us away, incredibly well equiped, from kitchen gadgets to fire place logs to recent DVD's.All you need to bring is your toothbrush! (maybe some personal items too)
The owners have managed to strike the balance of tasteful deco with a home-like feel.
The view from the patio is unspoilt for watching the sunset.
We've already booked for another weekend in August as we had such a great time .... relaxing, clean, comfortable ..... can't say enough about this place :)
