My family and I along with our friends and there kids (4 adults and 4 kids in total) spent 3 weeks in August in this property. We had a great time, the house had loads of space, was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could need, even fishing rods and inflatable toys for the pool. An added bonus with this home was the fact that the owners, Bryan and Monica live just next door and as well as being very friendly hosts can give advice on the best places to eat and where to visit. Our kids loved there huge salt water pool and were regular visitors.
The house is located in an ideal location for easy access to some fantastic gulf beaches, we especially liked Nokomis Beach on Casey Key, which is about a 5 minutes car ride away. Also there’s a wide variety of Restaurants within a couple of miles, I would recommend the Saltwater Café and the Crows Nest which were both superb.
In my opinion the pictures do not do this great home justice, I mean it looks good from the ad (that’s why we booked it, right!!) but the reality was even better. I can’t emphasize enough the amazing views from the patio and dock - the amount of wildlife that we saw on almost a daily basis was amazing, Dolphins, Manatees and Ospreys were common visitors to Bay behind the house.
We have been coming to Florida now for the past eight years, renting homes all along the Gulf Coast, from Marco to St Pete’s Beach, and this one ranks as one of the best and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again.
In summery – great home, ideal location, nice people – highly recommended.
