| My parents and my family stayed at this property for one week in august. It was perfect for our two families because everyone had their own space. My family and I occupied the three bedrooms on the second floor and my parents had the third floor apartment. Having that third floor was great because it allowed my parents to have a little getaway from the toddlers if they needed it. The main floor was a wonderful space for the all of us to get together but the cottages biggest asset is the outside spaces, great beach, great lake, great location and all the little extras. We loved it! |

The moment we walked in, we were amazed with how nicely furnished, maintained, and stocked the cottage was. In fact, it was more like a nice vacation home then a cottage.
The view was great, neighborhood friendly, and there were many activities within a short distance: Boating, fishing, golfing, and the beach.
We very much enjoyed our week there.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. When I opened the door of the cottage, I could smell that it had been freshly cleaned. I brought bedding even though I knew it was going to be provided. I did not even unpack the bedding and towels. When we took the sheets off at the end of the week to be cleaned the mattress pads looked brand new. There were so many nice touches- laundry/dishwasher soap available, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, plenty of towels. The kitchen had ample dishes and having a dishwasher made it a real vacation. The bathrooms were plentiful and spacious, which helps when you have 8 people using them. The lawn outside was fabulous for playing bocce ball and croquet. The fire pit was also nice to have. The beach in the front is small, but there is another beach just up the road that was great. My grandson loved the beach and the swings at the beach. We had a problem with the smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night and that problem was promptly addressed and solved. We have rented many cottages in the past in the Muskoka region and it was a pleasure to avoid going through Toronto traffic and it was nice to have a sandy bottom at the beach. We also went to nearby Colosanti's and Seven Lakes Golf Course- both which were also enjoyed. My family are unanimous in wanting to return to the same cottage next year! Great rental property! |

| Oh my! What a wonderful vacation in a gorgeous setting. This location and home were absolutely perfect and so very close to my home in Detroit. For years, we've travelled to Northern Michigan to vacation - often driving up to 5 hours. No more - vacation fun & luxury is now only a 45 - 60 minute drive! |

| Simply gorgeous! You walk in the front door and through the beautiful and beautifully-kept home and out the back sliding door into another world of natural beauty that's akin to heaven! Thanks for allowing us to use your cottage so we could share in this natural beauty! |

| We flew over to get married in Canada at Easter. We stayed in the house with my in-laws and children. Everyone loved the house. It was beautiful and only a fraction of the cost of staying in a hotel for all of us. Plenty to do. The view was gorgeous. We'll definately be coming back. |

| We were delighted with our stay at your property. The communication we had with you before and after our trip was excellent. The property was in great shape,very clean, beautifully furnished and in a great area for exploring. We will have great difficulty finding such a nice property this year. A good excuse to return. |
