| This was our first visit to Seabrook Island and our first experience staying somewhere other than a hotel for our vacation. The villa is handsomely decorated, has excellent appliances and amenities, and offers lovely views of the water, dolphins and pelicans. Just a few steps from the porch to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Our security deposit was promptly refunded following our stay. |

| We have stayed at Pelican Watch four different times in four different units, and 1370 is the best. High quality throughout. Owner is great to work with and updates are terrific. |

This was our first time on Seabrook Island and at this condo and we were delighted with both. The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to my specific questions and offerred great advice about the area prior to our visit. Our security deposit was promptly returned. We would not hesitate to book this condo again on a return visit.
