| We stayed in the Kennard's other rental home in Windor Hills in 2007 (which was absolutely fantastic!), and now stayed in their rental home in Windsor Palms in 2008. I can say that the Kennard's are very easy to work with and their homes in the Disney area are great! We really enjoyed the pool in Windor Palms, and were in the pool every day soaking up the sun. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The game room was great for the kids. I would highly recommend anybody interested in renting from the Kennard's to do so, as they have always taken excellent care of us! Thanks Sue for another great vacation!!! |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. My parents used to live in Orlando and we wanted something that felt like home when they returned. The kids loved having the pool at the house and we found everything we needed, easily. It's a great family vacation home. |

| WWOWW! Just wow!!We dont even know where to start..The actual property doesnt even compare itself to the pictures.Firstly, the checking in process went smooth and fast.Then when we arrived we were expecting to see something we've had already seen on previous vacations,but we were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the place.The highlight of the whole vacation was the pool of course,we enjoyed it so much that we didnt even wanna leave to the parks.Lemme just say this,whoever wants to have the best vacation ever,THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Thanks,and you will definitely hear from us again. |

I had to take time to fill in the guest book because it is so rare these days that something really lives up to what is promised.
Your villa is super - beautifully clean, superbly equipped, spacious and comfortable.
Check in/out went smoothly, even arranging a late check out on the day we left was easy.
And I don't think we could have been much closer to the parks.
The biggest attraction for the kids was the pool. Warm, safe, and in a great setting. We had 95 degrees in OCtober and it was a lifesaver.
I would wholeheartedly recommend your villa to anyone looking for a 5* place to stay.

| This home was perfect for our first family vacation with friends to Disney World! We had plenty of space and the heated pool was the highlight of our week - not to mention all the pool toys! The theme parks, stores, restaurants and entertainment were all easily accessible from this lovely, well furnished home. A great value! Thanks!! |

We had a fabulous time in Orlando and loved your beautiful home. Everything was just perfect! The weather cooperated as it only rained once (and that was during the nighttime hours). The check in process was very smooth and when we come back for another Disney experience, we want to rent from you again. Thank you so much for making your home available to families you don't know for their enjoyment. It was much better than staying in a hotel room. The kids/grandkids got to swim four of the nights we were there after spending the entire day at one of the theme parks. They loved the heated pool. Our pool is not heated and we won't open it until mid April, so having the opportunity to swim while we were there was a real treat. Again, we are very appreciative and look forward to coming back in a few years. The decor was lovely and the 5 and 6 year olds loved the "Scooby" room! Thanks a million.

We had a wonderful time in Florida. Your home was more than we had hoped for. Lots of space, big pool, beautiful decor, plenty of big towels, clean, and great location, only 10 minutes to Disney and still far away from all the hustle and bustle. It was so nice coming home from a long day at the parks and just relax in the jacuzzi. When we ask the kids what they liked the best about the vacation, they all say swimming in the pool. We hope to come back sometime, one thing is for sure, no more hotels for us. Thank you for letting us rent your home.

| Sue, Your home was a fabulous retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Each day it was so nice to come "home" and relax by the private pool. The pictures are just as the house is....beautiful. It is such a short drive to the parks....it was just perfect. I don't want to stay in a hotel again after this experience! I would highly recommend this house! |

What a beautiful house! We arrived to find it clean and spacious with the pool crystal clear. The towels were thick and fluffy and there were tons of them.
Everything was so close, we went to all the parks. Having so many stores so close was great.
The house was huge and wonderful, we ended up spending three days home just enjoying it, swimming and napping and using the small movie therther on site. It was so fabulous we all can't wait to go back! |

Hi Sue,
We just got back home...and wish
we could catch the next plane back!
The villa was absolutely superb, very
spacious and beautifully furnished.
As for the pool, it was very private
and a great place to watch the
wildlife from, including an elusive
racoon! I honestly think it would be
difficult to find a nicer villa and would
recommend it to anyone. The
location was also great, being on a
lovely estate and only 10 minutes
from Disney.
The weather took some getting used
to, even the breeze was warm...if only
we could have brought it home with
us! If ever we go to Florida again we
couldn't think of a nicer place to stay.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at Windsor Palms.
Your house was absolutely beautiful. You've done an incredible job of furnishing and decorating your vacation home. It was immaculate; with every amenity a family could possibly need. We especially loved having our own private pool and jacuzzi.
There were eight of us in our family, and we never felt cramped. The house was so spacious. We liked it so much we hated to leave. This was such a nice break from our cold New England winter. We would definitely like to come back next year.
Thanks for letting us rent your home. We'll be in touch for next year.

Our family vacation started out great with the very personal touch the Kennard's gave us planning our trip.
When we arrived at their vacation home
it was everything we had hoped for and
more. The pictures on the web-site did
not even do justice to the beautiful rooms which were meticulously cleaned for our arrival. The pool was probably the nicest in the entire Windsor Palms area because of its size and location. The house had everything our family could ever need on our vacation so we'll know for our next trip, which we booked immediately upon our return home. We are looking forward and you will too. What a great decision it was to stay at Windsor Palms.
The facilities are unbeatable for a family holiday. But the house was
also superb, more than you could ever dream of. Spacious, perfect setting
and furnished to the highest quality in every room. It is impossible to
find a fault in this excellent home - try it and you will not be
disappointed. Thanks Sue and Bob for a wonderful home and for making all the
arrangements so easy.

We had a family reunion over Spring

time! Although we were at the parks
most of the time, it was wonderful

| We had 10 people, 6 adults and 3 kids stay in this house. It was perfect! I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Disney area. Pool is great and number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. We are already planning a trip back in 2004!!!! |

| Our families truly enjoyed our March Break 2003 holiday in this lovely and spacious new home. We had loads of space and kids really enjoyed the themed rooms complete with bunk beds and televisions. This was a real treat for them having their own little hideaways and privacy. The pool and lanai area was the largest of all the previous homes we rented and the corner spa was a perfect way to end a hectic day at the parks. We were truly comfortable and had every amenity needed at our fingertips. The owner provided excellent service from the booking to ensuring we had an enjoyable stay upon our return home. The Windsor Palms community boasts privacy as well as a resort atmosphere for those wandering to the clubhouse and community pool. We definitely look forward to coming back here each year to get away from the cold and snowy North! |

| This was our first time renting a pool home. I think we have found our new to vacation in Florida. Everyone had their own bedroom and the biggest plus was our very own pool, for those hot evenings after returning home from the parks. Thank you very much for the use of your vacation home. Vacation was wonderful. Your house was great. We actually told a friend about your house yesterday, because they are thinking of going to Walt Disney World.We will keep your address because whenever we go back we would want to stay in your house again.Our children loved Walt Disney World, they also really enjoyed the pool, the bedrooms were perfect for our family. We appreciated you letting us stay at your vacatiom home and we hope to go again soon. We especially liked the child fence by the pool.Our kids could go outside and we did not have to worry about them falling in the pool.Great House, Great Vacation. Thanks
