| We had a great stay in this lovely, well maintained, and superbly located flat. Pacific Heights is our "old neighborhood" and we're familiar with the area. This is one of the nicest places to stay. Plenty of space, very quiet, nice layout, and close to everything. We highly recommend this flat! You won't be sorry you stayed here! |

| Two adult couples stayed here for for 4 nights between Christmas and New Years 2009. The flat is roomy, well furnished/maintained, and in a great location. Easy walks to the Presidio, Fillmore Street/Japan Town restaurants/shops and good access to public transportation and cabs to other parts of town. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. A great place to stay. |

We stayed at this apartment from August 6-9, 2009 with our two sons and an exchange student from Germany. It is a beautiful, well furnished apartment and kitchen. As others have noted, the neighborhood is wonderful, with parks, restaurants and shopping within an easy walk. We parked on the street, which was very easy, and used the MUNI buses, which are a block away. We highly recommend this rental.

| We stayed here in April 09 with our 2 kids and had a wonderful time. We found it to be a lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. It was a particularly pleasant, tranquil place to spend a fantastic holiday and we are already planning our return visit. |

We had a wonderful time staying in the flat. It is
beautifully appointed in every way. The location is
wonderful, parking never a problem, playground one
block away, and plenty of fine markets to shop. We
would definitely recommend staying here. It was a

| I will be repeating other guests' comments, but nonetheless: beatiful and tastefully appointed place, has a "very san francisco" vibe, excellent location - pleasant walk to shops and restaurants, attentive and responsive owner, and for sure temporary residential parking permit will simplify your life. would love to come back one day. |

| My family and I spent Christmas and New Year at this fabulous Pacific Heights flat. This was our first Christmas spent outside of Ireland and the flat was comfortable and homely and made for a wonderful holiday for us. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us and the flat was very clean. The area is a perfect base for tourists and is set in a quiet neighbourhood. I would certainly recommend this flat to my friends. Hopefully we will make a return visit again! |

| We so enjoyed our 2 weeks in the San Francisco flat. The location is perfectly located in Pacific Heights in a quiet neighborhood. Clyde was most helpful in all aspects. The flat is nicely and completely appointed. Getting a parking pass is a must if you have an auto. We would highly recommend this location and certainly this flat. |

We stayed at the flat while celebrating the birth of our first grandchild. Our whole family came to San Francisco for the wonderful occassion. We enjoyed family meals in the wonderful kitchen, games and we even celebrated Christmas, since we were all together and we all live in different states. The flat was everything that the owner presents and more. I would reccomend it very highly. We hope to stay there for future visits when we visit our granddaughter.

It was with pain in our hearts that we left here. We loved every aspect of the apartment. Every detail was so well thought of. Our stay could not have been more pleasant. We enjoyed every single minute of it. This was our first trip to San Francisco and what a good one it was! Thanks to Clyde we will remember this trip forever and will definitely be planning on returning again. We would most definitely recommend this unit!

| Sunlight fills this Gorgeous Space!!! Very comfortable and Luxurious. We loved the neiborhood...quiet and within walking distance of many great resturants and shops. Location was convenient for cabs and public transportation. It was so nice to come in from a long day of flights and airports and have fresh flowers about the house. Thank you for all the special touches that helped us enjoy our first but not last trip to San Francisco. |

| We loved our stay in San Francisco. This condo is fantastic. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Beds were Very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay. Also we loved the location. Mini-markets within a couple of blocks, walk to shops and restaurants, no need to rent a car as buslines are close by and run often. We would recommend this place to everyone. Fabulous vacation. |

Great apartment in a perfect location - easy walk to

drive to many of the key attractions of San
Francisco. The owners provided a very elegant yet
comfortable space with many books, maps and
brochures to help visitors make the most of the

| This was our first vacation away from our young children, & the accommodations definitely contributed to how quickly we relaxed. A perfect balance of luxury & comfort, style & practicality, this apartment is a gem. The location couldn't be better. We didn't want to have a car, & we were able to walk to many fine restaurants, a grocery store & shops on or near Filmore. The Presidio (large park)is a few blocks away, as is another neighborhood park (with playground if you come w/kids). Just walking around the neighborhood admiring the gorgeous homes & occasional boutiques is fun. I was surprised how quiet the neighborhood is considering you are in a major city. We certainly plan on returning. |

This flat was magnificent! We loved our stay here. Every room is elegant and beautifully decorated, and designed for comfort and convenience. We used the both the master and guest bedrooms, and even had the opportunity to convert the grand foyer to a bedroom one night. We could not have been more pleased. We were amazed at the calm and relaxing environment and the attention to detail throughout the flat.
Every element of this unit is impressive. The decor is the rare combinination of relaxing, comfortable and stylish. It has more amenities than we could have imagined.
The neighborhood is charming and beautiful, and is very convenient. This flat is a true gem. We can't wait to stay there again during our next visit to The City.
