| LOVED this condo - having moved away from Belltown a few years ago, and needing a Seattle fix, this was the perfect place - location, style, size, parking, essentials, amenties, light, that amazing bed - to have a Seattle weekend. What a delightful place to stay - could not have been easier to stay there. Great instructions; Christy was on hand to help with a few questions. Quite an amazing "Landlady!" Hopefully I'll be bask to stay again. |

| The entire process of arranging this rental, staying in it & departing / receiving a full damage deposit refund was easy & pleasing. My husband & small dog accompanied me to a conference, which I could walk to from the condo; we could walk EVERYWHERE, knowing our car was safely parked throughout our week-long stay. It felt like staying at a friend's place - from well-stocked kitchen to travel tips. AND, eliminated any stress we might've experienced coming to a city from our rural home. We even walked to the famous Jazz Alley for a memorable evening performance! |

| We stayed here while in Seattle for a wedding. We loved this condo. The location was excellent. An easy walk to Pike Market, and downtown shopping. The condo had everything you need. Nice and clean, and the parking on site was huge!! Excellent communication, and fast refund of deposit. We loved it. Thanks Christy!! |

"I live locally, but needed easy access in the city for my family to visit! This condo was absolutely perfect! The owner was very nice, prompt in responses and refunding the deposit, and extremely accommodating. The location is amazing, with a beautiful view! And the highly coveted parking space meant my car was safe while my family and I were able to walk around the city! This condo was an amazing deal, especially when compared to hotels in the area! I highly recommend staying here! "

Our stay in Seattle was wonderful, other than the snow and rain that is, which I understand was quite unexpected for this time of year. The condo was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Annie really liked the soft bed and warm comforter. Nice view also. The Bell Town Bistro downstairs had great food, as promised. We enjoyed the free bus zone, which stopped right outside the building, and used it daily to get around town. We will keep you on our list for future trips to Seattle.

| I loved the experience of staying at this condo. The owner was helpful, flexible, and communicative. Everything that we needed was there- things were organized and easily accessible such as cleaning supplies, kitchen dishes, and even microwave popcorn. A really easy, comfortable experience. I have already told friends about it. |

This is the perfect apartment for any Seattle visit. I
lived in Seattle many years, but never had such
immediate and easy access to all that the city has to
offer as I did when staying here. It is surrounded
by an incredible variety of quality restaurants,
bakeries, coffee shops and bars. Macreena is one
block north with exceptional baked goods,
espresso and lunch items. My favorite, Cyclops, is
just a few steps further… great food, friendly
service, neighborly bar, and a taste of the hip
alternative Seattle is known for, with quality local
art, black panthers, tiki lamps, and a dark retro
ambience you can sink into.
The apartment is within immediate walking
distance of Pike Place Market. It’s about a ten
minute walk to the central shopping district, 15 to
the Seattle Art Museum, and 20 minutes or so to
Pioneer Square where the majority of Seattle’s
contemporary art galleries are located. Or you can
hop a bus during the day and get there in a few
minutes for free.
The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, and
stocked with everything you could possibly need to
feel at home… cooking supplies, toiletries, linens,
internet, cleaning supplies, even paper cups with
lids so you can make some coffee and take it with
you as you hunt for more.
If you want the downtown experience in a safe and
comfortable home, this is the perfect place to stay
during your visit to Seattle.

| This is an outstanding location for visiting Seattle, within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and Science Museum, and many interesting restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped with a kitchen, TV and web access, and indoor car parking space. We would gladly stay here again. |

This rental was perfect for our needs. The whole family was able to stay there, and with the in-suite kitchen it made our trip much more affordable. The location was right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit and allowed us to walk almost everywhere, and when we needed a taxi there was always some around. We didn't even need the car we rented! The owner was very responsive, was able to work with our odd check-out time, and refunded our down-payment before we even got home! The next time we visit, we'll be sure to stay here again. By the end of our trip, it really started to feel like home. |

| We just returned from a trip to Seattle so that I could attend a conference. We decided to all go as a family which included me, my husband and our 17 month old daughter. We wanted to have a little more flexibility than a hotel offered and we were happy to find this condo. It is in a great location, has FREE parking, and is well maintained. The Starbucks downstairs and the great restaurants nearby were a bonus too. The parking space did accommodate our Honda minivan, but a smaller car would be easier to navigate. This is a great spot, especially for a couple. It was a little cramped for a toddler, but a pre-walker would be fine. The view was great, including that view of the Space Needle! Plus, the space is within walking distance or a short drive to many local attractions. The owner was great to work with and responded to questions very quickly. We would stay here again. |

| Fantastic condo. We stayed for a long weekend and was amazed. Cozy for the two of us after days of sight seeing and shopping. The parking was an added bonus that we were originally not going to use - was cheaper than any hotel in the downtown area - and we felt at home when we turned in for the evenings. We have this bookmarked for our next trip to seattle, and will recommend it to anyone that will be traveling there. On top of the unit, the owner is terrific. I MISPLACED the keys to the unit and she was willing to drive from oregon to assist us - until I found that I had dropped them at quest field after the game. Now that is service above and beyond. |

We stayed here for a getaway weekend with our 6
week old daughter. It was GREAT! The apartment
was clean, updated and the perfect size for the
three of us for a four day stay. The location is
really great and allowed us the opportunity to do a
lot of walking and enjoy some of Seattle's more
famous sights. Having the apartment was great
because we were able to enjoy sightseeing and
come back to the apartment as needed. The many
cafes and restaurants nearby were very convenient
and tasty too! We will definitely want to book this
place on our next trip to Seattle! Thanks |

| What a great location! Fits four for two nights no problem. We have an on going debate as to which was comfier the bed or the pull-out. OUTSTANDING! Christy is so helpful and accommodating. And last but not least a place to park the car while we explored on foot, perfect! |

| We stayed for the weekend from Portland. This condo was perfect! You can't beat the location, the view was great and the condo itself was clean, comfortable and modern. The next time I come to Seattle, I will book it for sure. Beats a hotel any day! Plus, the owner is so nice and welcoming. We had a fabulous stay in Seattle and hope to return soon! The apartment is nicely equipped, very clean, and perfectly located in Belltown. It's about halfway between downtown and the Seattle Center, blocks from the waterfront and the Sculpture Garden, and close to dozens of good restaurants. Underground parking is a real convenience. The owner is accommodating and pleasant to work with. We're already looking forward to our next stay here.

| I stayed in this place for a week, and it was amazing! It was so clean and well stocked. I was very pleased. Not only was it cheaper than staying in a hotel, I felt like I was in my own home. The parking spot in down town seattle is unheard of. This is a must see! The owner was lovely to work with. I would recommend this to anyone. |
