We recently stayed here during Labor Day Weekend. The house was absolutely fantastic. None of us had been to the area so we wanted to see all Seattle had to offer. However, when we come back to Seattle again we want to stay at the house and hang out there most of the time. Just an exceptional stay.

What a beautiful place to rest, relax, run around the lake, reminisce and reunion with friends and family. Not to mention the hot tub, steam shower, full kitchen, floating dock, canoes and amazing roof top deck! Pictures do it no justice. An absolute hidden gem. Thank you!!

My son and I stayed at the lakehouse in March of 2009. It was very relaxing and comfortable, within easy reach of shopping and resteraunts. The lake itself was very inviting. My son caught fish.

What a breathtaking view! A beautiful getaway but yet close to lots things to see and visit. We were able to see eagles and otters and yet relax on the rooftop deck on a sandy beach setting. All ameneties are there for your convenience. We will truly remember our family time there and look forward to coming back!

The house is absolutely spectacular inside and out. I have lived in the area my whole life and had always seen this house, as it's the ONLY house that hangs over Silver Lake. The deck and rooftop patio are breathtaking. It takes you out of Everett and makes you think you're in a different region of the country. The inside accommodations are ideal for groups and a large family to stay in, as they have 2-3 extra sleeping areas in addition to the two bedrooms. I highly recommend this location!!!!

My husband and I rented this home for 2 weeks with our 11 month old son, he wasn't walking yet so we were not concerned about being on the water. The home is very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the early mornings on the wrap-around patio - just a beautiful setting! We had a wonderful time entertaining friends and family here and would recommend this home to others.

This home is a quality treasure hidden in the midst of the suburbs. Even though we were only a few minutes from easy freeway access, we felt like we were on a retreat. The lovely decks, the lake view, the roof garden and the warm, classy atmosphere makes it a place I would chose to visit often.

A favorite part for me was sitting by a window watching the lights over the lake, late at night, before drifting off to sleep. The tranquility was palpable. A daytime highlight was a sunshiny breakfast on the edge of the roof, making me desire to take a walk AROUND this water. Entering the house my first thoughts are OPEN and CHEERY, COMFORTABLE. And WINDOWS!!!!!!! So many delights I found while there: lounging in front of the fireplace all cozy, and rising to see the eagle's nest our son scoped out. The swooping eagle "playing" with the osprey was awesome. Everywhere, even to the hot tub in the vine-drenched gazebo-with-a-view, I felt the entire lake belonged to me! It's a distinct impression because the house sets so far out in front of everybody else, you FEEL alone looking over it all! Even now I feel the wonder of it.

Our stay in this lovely home was utterly delightful! I love how the house is built over the water and the deck runs the length of the house, along with the housetop garden area - wonderful places for reading and relaxing. We had the quiet peace of being outside the city, yet close proximity to everything we wanted to do while visiting Seattle. We can't wait to go back again someday.

My wife and I stayed at this home for several nights. This is a one-in-a-million place with a feeling of being on a private lake, yet it's close to civilization. We enjoyed the hot tub gazebo and views from the deck.

WoW! What a great place to get away for a while, the scenery; ducks, bald eagles: the serenity and then there's the jacuzzi. Our favorite was the steambath followed by a leisurely cruise around the lake on the raft what a place to enjoy a barbecue. and it's close to everything. Thanks for a memorable time ..Dan and Tudy ps we will never forget those sunsets... we will be back! |
