| This property is in a great location, walking distance to the metro, stores, restaurants and great night life. Home is very clean, nice furnishings and great pillows! The owner is helpful and easy to work with. The home easily accomodated 4 adults. Definitely recommend this home! |

The location of this townhouse was
excellent. It is right in the middle of
a beautiful city with any type of
restaurant you could hope for - no
driving required.
Also, it is located three blocks from
the metro which took us to our daily
Washington D.C. destination.
The townhouse was very clean, pretty,
and provided what we needed for the
week. We also felt very safe in the
neighborhood. |

| We found this property very comfortable and well-stocked. The property was very conveniently located within a few minutes' walk to the King Street Metro Station, great for getting to and from DC (25 min ride), a small grocery/deli across the street and many excellent restaurants. We had 4 adults in our party and were much more comfortable in this property than we would have been in a hotel. The neighbors and locals were very friendly; we especially enjoyed meeting some locals at the Hard Times Cafe across the street. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the DC area. We were sad to leave! |

| We enjoyed this lovely and clean townhouse during our stay. The unit is within an easy walk of the King Street Metro station and right in the heart of Old Town Alexandria - replete with lots of nice restaurants and a myriad of small and unique shops. Would stay there again when coming to the D.C. area |

| Excellent vacation spot for people visiting the DC area. The townhouse is beautiful and clean and it is within easy walking distance of the Metro. The owner was an excellent host and great to do business with. Highly recommended! |

| Great location in Old Town Alexandria, short walk to the King St. metro for trips into DC. Townhome was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The Owner was accommodating and easy to work with. We would stay there again. |

We stayed in the townhouse from 10/25/08
until 10/29/08. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood, and a Whole Foods market
is about 4 blocks away. The townhouse was extemely clean and well-appointed,
and very convenient to public transportation. We would definitely stay there again. |
