| Wow! Our stay in NY was only intensified by the greatness of this place. We were four female friends in town for a girl's birthday bash, and it was everything we could've asked for. The space was just right for us, plenty of amenities (linens, kitchen, supplies, etc.), the view, the rooftop, the location...sigh. Simply hated to leave. We're already talking about the next trip to NY, and definitely plan to stay here again. Loved it! |

First of all, I hope you are both well. Please accept my apologies in the delay in sending this email. It is just to say Thank you to both of you for helping to make our stay in New York a fab time!
Your apartment was superb, not too far away from anything, very comfortable and homely, and for anyone else considering booking it, can I just say, that as five females, with a large case each, and all the other stuff we brought over, we had PLENTY of space!!
The roof-top deck was just brilliant, it was lovely to sit up there anytime, but especially late at night, when we came back to the apartment, and to just sit there passing the time, it was an excellent way to relax and finish our evening!
We hope we'll come back to New York sometime soon, and you can guarantee we'll be in touch. In fact, we've already passed your details onto friends who are thinking of a trip to New York.

Dear Irina and Laura (owners of rental 195128). We have to express our gratitude for letting us stay in your wonderful spacious rental - it was extremely enjoyable. What a difference comparing to the hotel stay ! Flexible check in / check out time is a major plus. Most importantly we could relax comfortably, have breakfasts and dinners (even cook!) and had a lot of privacy. We will definitely be back and recommend your place to anyone who plans to travel to NYC.

| We have spent a wonderful week in this apartment. We were 7 and all the family was so happy to live there. It was very comfortable and so nice. The views from the apartment and from the roof were magic. Bathroom is very well equipped. It was like as we were at home. We have found all what we need. Irina and Laura are so kind, it has been a pleasure to get in touch with them. I think that everyone who goes in this apartment will love it. |

| We loved the place, It was classy and tastefully decorated, It had more than what we needed for a weekend stay. Very comfortable beds and most important it was very clean. Great sheets and towels. The view was gorgeous and I highly recommend to go up to CL floor and see the view, it was amazing. I am looking for my next stay. We like to walk so walking to Time Sqaure eveyday and night was fantastic. |

| WOW! What a lovely apartment. The unit is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and linens and even has extra nice touches like a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. There is a great view from the apartment and the roof top terrace provides excellent panoramic views of the city. We had a great visit and the apartment made our stay even better. Laura and Irina were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. |
