Hi Kent

We had a great time in NYC, thanks in large part to the orientation materials you provided us. We enjoyed staying in the apartment, living with real New Yorkers and appreciated your prompt action to have the first day problems remedied. For us, the location was perfect. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The only times we used the subway were to go one way to the Staten Island ferry and Century 21. In both cases we walked all the way back.

That trip was the highlight of our year. We also enjoyed our communications with you.

My husband and I stayed Aug. 9-12, 2009. The
apartment was just as described. Clean,
surprisingly quiet, and the location couldn't be
more perfect. I had a problem with the wireless
internet, that I'm positive was my issue as I saw we
had connection. To make my life easier, they also
had a ethernet connection that worked perfectly.
Our only issue was the shower window which had
no window treatment. Not a problem in the day but
in the evening I was a little self conscious. Other
than that the place was perfect. And... to top it off,
Kent and Meg, the owners, were super
accommodating and sent us a bunch of general
info/interest items before we arrived. We would
definitely stay there again. Thanks Meg & Kent for
a great stay!
