We stayed in the wonderful Alexander Platz apartment. It was very clean, neat and comfortable. Stefan was a joy to work with and helped us find stores, restaurants, and attractions. We even locked ourselves out and Stafan came to the rescue.
The area has easy access to a major transportation hub and had great shopping - both food and other items.
We would definately rent again from Stefan at this or one of his other properties.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at
this apartmentIt was very near to the
Alexanderplatz train station and so very
convenientThe residence was neat and
clean all utilities were in very good
working conditionCompared to many an
apartment that I have stayed in other
places I found this very spacious well
furnished and also in a good and calm
residential areaOverall had a nice time

The apartment is conveniently located near
Alexanderplatz in a nice building. It is clean, modern,
and well-maintained, The owner, Stefan Hiller, is a
charming and helpful resource for exploring Berlin.
The price is very reasonable for what you get. I highly
recommend this rental. |

| The apartment was small, but definately bigger than your average hotel room. Centrally located and blocks away from S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Walking distance to many of Berlins tourist spots. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again when visiting Berlin! |

| 8-10 Feb 09 we stayed at this nice apartment. It snowed and was wonderful to come home to a heater that warmed us up. The apartment is bigger than some of the hotels we stayed in. Locations is great, you can get to virtually anything from the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and the metro. We were walking distance from the Alexanderplatz central station. Stefon was a very helpful owner and gave us many great tips on getting around. We would check the availability of this flat first next time we visit Berlin. |

We had a very happy stay in this apartment in Berlin.(Nov 08) The location is excellent, so close to a major transportation centre (U and S Bahns, bus and streetcars)and within walking distance of the Museum Insel. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, not unlike a large motel room in North America with a kitchen added. It does face a major street, so there was traffic noise with the windows open.
When the windows were closed, it was quiet. There is safe and very inexpensive (5.50 Euros per 24 hours) parking within one block. |
