Hi Darci and David, thanks for the fantastic week long stay we enjoyed way back in July. The week at your place was one of the highlights of the summer for both of our girls, Hannah and Mimi, and also for us. Your place is so well situated and it is perfectly decked out for families or couples. We want to come back again...Actually, I will e mail you now for availability.

We stayed at the Bryant Street Flat for 4 days in August 2009. We met our college aged daughters for a visit to Denver. The apartment was perfect for us. Having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full baths were great.
It is located in a great neighborhood with easy walking to many nice restaurants and a bit longer walk to downtown Denver.
Darci gave a nice introduction to the home and had lots of good ideas for things to do. Try to get to Red Rocks for a concert if you can.
Overall experience was great and would highly recommend to anyone.

| I came to CO. w/ my daughter and another family. This flat is beautiful and cozy. The way it is set up is perfect. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. The neighborhood was nice and so were the neighbors. We stayed for 7 days and I am totally satisfied. If I ever go back to CO. I know exactly were I want to stay. Being w/ another mom and 3 teenage girls we felt completely safe in an area we didn't know. There is easy access to downtown and the freeway. The owners are very nice. I couldn't of asked for anything better, our stay was perfect!!! THANK YOU :) |

| My wife and I stayed here and had a great time. Aside from the local neighborhood eateries, downtown Denver is a quick 15-minute walk. Definitely would stay here again. |

Myself and two friends stayed here for four nights
and had a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the
house and loved staying in the highlands! Superb
location and very convenient-- walking distance to
cafes, restaurants and boutiques! Great
communication and smooth transactions with the
owners! I recommend this place highly! |

| Myself and two other friends stayed here for a long weekend in early November. The unit is very nice with a separte entrance from the main house (you need to go up a few flights of stairs to get to the unit), full amenities inside; a couple of authentic mexican restaurants around the corner and some hip eateries two blocks away. Less than a 10 minute cab ride from downtown, or about a 20-25 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood, and the owners were very respectful and gave us privacy. We would definitely stay there again! |
