| The house is conveniently located for attractions and restaurants. It has excellent access to a private beach. Much equipment supplied for the beach. The house is well kept and well supplies. It was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Friendly owners. Highly recommended. |

| It was a girls weekend at Ocean Breeze couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The cottage had all the comforts of home as well as the owners had stopped in to make sure we found everything ok and answered questions and recommendations too. We would definitely love to come back again. |

| This house is so well equiped that it got to be a game with our family. What obscure thing is missing? We decided coffee grinder and garlic press and I am sure they will be there next year! This is the best vacation home we have stayed in. It is so well laid out that even with 5 adults and a 7yr old, we never felt crowded. Clearly Johnny and Lynn have spent a great deal of time thinking of their guests' comfort and even provided extras like lawn chairs,umbrellas and bogie boards. The house is quiet and an easy walk to the beach. If only they could do something about the dreadful traffic to and from OBX. Once you get there it is quiet and relaxing. I am coming back! |

| We had a wonderful time at Ocean Breeze. The cottage is cute and cozy, extremely clean, and the recently remodeled kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The owners are very friendly and they have thought of just about everything needed to make a family comfortable. When the heat from the sun gets to be too much, a quiet escape in a hammock is located under the house. Located in a quiet area off of the main drag, it's a short walk to the beach and there is shopping and dining at your fingertips. This lovely house was the cornerstone of a great vacation and we talked the entire week about trying to make plans to return next year. |

| We have rented this house for one week in July for four years and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time. The owners are very concerned with your comfort and are easily accessible during your stay should you need to contact them. The house is extremely comfortable and very well-equipped. You will certainly enjoy your stay at Ocean Breeze! |

| Last year we went father's day week. This year we have scheduled it for 2 weeks. It has the most relaxing and peaceful family atmosphere without all the hussle and bussle. Our 3 children absolutely love it. |

| Great place to stay. Wonderful owners - they care about their renters. Clean, neat and gives you a comfortable home feeling. Short distance to beach. Deck is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and hear the waves. Would definitely like to stay at Ocean Breeze again. |

| i would first like to thank the owners for letting us stay in there home for our family vacation and 1 year wedding aniv.(we got married about 3 miles down)it was the perfact location-you could see/hear/smell the ocean from the back deck and the was enought room for 8 people to live and not feel cramped and while we were there the owners made sure we were happy and had what we needed it was so different form the other house we have stayed at so much more personal and if you were smart you would pick this house to stay in for your next vacation :) |
