| My daughter and I had a great weekend in this spacious, clean, cozy condo. Frank is great to work with and genuinely interested in guests having a great experience. It was nice to be close to town. We felt lucky to have found this space. |

This is the ideal Condo. Great value for money and the Management team, Frank and Heather ensure that your stay is perfect.
It is furnished to a high standard - i will definately be staying there again and would recommend it to everyone.

| My boyfreind and I stayed here for 3 nights and had the best time. The condo was clean, spacious and in an ideal location, just blocks from town and the base of Baldy. Franks was exceptionally friendly and we would definitely stay here again. |

My wife and three children absolutely loved the condo!
The location was great, the place was well decorated

| Great place!!! Close to town and slopes. Very spacious with nice decor and clean. Was perfect for a family of 4.Frank who takes care of the place lives a couple of doors down and is very nice. When we go back we will stay here. |

| This condo IS the best deal in Ketchum/Sun Valley! The condo is new, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Perfect location next to River Run lifts and a short walk to town. We would definitely recommend and rent this condo again. Manager was very easy to deal with! |

Great condo, great location, great price! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations and amenities were fantastic. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we enjoyed our stay. We had two young ones in our party, who continuously kept asking "When are we going back to the cool house (condo)?" whenever we were out and about in Sun Valley. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

This is a beautiful, cozy condo. The river rock
fireplace heats the whole condo. It's convenient to
town and to River Run. The manager Frank was very
nice and easy to work with. We loved it! |

| This condo was amazing! Great owners, very friendly and easily available to answer all of our questions!! The condo was new, extremely clean and beautiful! Plenty of space and very comfortable.
