| I had a wonderful time! This condo is beautifully furnished, and has everything you could need for a vacation. Sunset Village is lovely. All the building are in great condition, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Pools and spas are immaculate. Everyone is so friendly. I will be returning!! |

| We recently stayed in this unit and loved it! It was by far the closest thing to home. We had two young children and our dog too. We had all the necessary amenities for the perfect family vacation. The beds are very comfortable and there is a sense of calming when you take a breather on the screened porch. The neighbors are very friendly too. We look forward to staying again. |

| We stayed here last month and I would like to let anyone who is looking for a great place to stay..THIS CONDO IS IT..it is furnished with very high quality furnishings.the beds are so comfortable.I am the worst for adjusting to a new bed.not here.I actually slept in several mornings which is something i rarely do.it was so relaxing to sit on the screened in deck and watch the turtles and fish in the lagoon.its a very peaceful quiet area.the pools and hot tub areas are very clean and weren't crowded on our visit.It took about 10 minutes if that to get to Sunset Beach and to Calabash and about 20 minutes to get to Myrtle Beach depending on the traffic.the grocery store and Mcdonald's is just a few minutes away..You will definetly get more than your money's worth here..we love it and didn't want to leave..it just felt like home..we will be returning in a few weeks and we can't wait.we greatly appreciate the owners for opening this condo for others to enjoy and we also greatly appreciate the price..we will get more than one beach trip this year and we would like to thank you for that. |

My brother and I would like to thank all our visitors who have booked with us, and future visitors who are browsing our listing and deciding where to stay.We both love Sunset Village and Sunset Beach.Our condo is newly furnished to a high standard, we get a lot of excellent comments on the quality of the furnishings and the wonderful location!Our affordable price has also been very much appreciated in these trying economic times!We are happy to allow pets. As a pet owner myself, it is a shame to leave them behind when there is a "no pets" rule. We love our pets, and want to bring them with us!
