| Very well situated condo with views on Parc Laurier. Within minutes of wonderful restaurants, attractions and public transportation. The condo is comfortable, clean, welcoming and maintained with care. |

Great Condo with a lovely view of the park, Perfect
location, so close to bike paths, the metro and
some awesome little restaurants. We walked
absolutely everywhere.
Laurie and Eric keep the unit very clean and well
equipped. A perfect find!!!

| We loved this condo because it was right across the street from the bicycle paths. This is the best way to get around the city. The condo was clean and comfortable. Thanks to Laurie and Eric. |

| The apartment was so clean, new and well organized. Just as nice was the apartment's location in the city, and we were with dogs, so being directly across the street from a dog park was excellent. |

| I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is clean and stocked with everything you need, and the windows overlook the park so you have a great view. The building is secure and in a good location. I will definitely stay here again. Great place, thanks! |

| Really enjoyed my week here. Clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities I wanted (coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster, nice stove and oven, big fridge, many dishes, beer and wine glasses, wireless internet, etc.). The place was so great I barely left the apartment all week! If and when I go back, I will stay here and I will tell my friends and family to do the same. |

- Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce condo moderne, privé, tranquille, propre et ensoleillé. Ce pied-à terre nous a permis d'explorer les environs qui sont très intéressants: rue Laurier, d'Est en Ouest. Nous avons parcouru la Plateau en marchant, de long en large. C'était notre première expérience avec VRBO et nous allons sûrement répéter.
- We have loved our stay in this modern condo, quiet, private, clean and sunny. This flat allowed us to explore this interesting neighbourhood: Laurier Street, from East to West. We walked everywhere on Le Plateau. This was our first experience with VRBO and we are now hooked. Very positive experience and we strongly recommend staying in this wonderful little nest. |

| A bright, clean and well-appointed apartment in a convenient location. Lovely view over Parc Laurier and Mont Royal. And there is new bixi bike rental stand right across the street. We highly recommend this apartment. |
