We certainly enjoyed our stay at this ideally located hideaway. Choices were difficult here. Should we enjoy a quiet evening in front of the fireplace or take a short drive to one of the many fabulous restaurants nearby. Should we take a hike in the crisp clean air or go canoeing. Do we explore the rich cultural opportunities close by and in every direction or just look out the windows and appreciate the natural setting. Delightful dilemmas....a great spot!

Look no further for a rental in the Berkshires! Thanksgiving 2004 found our family enjoying Roy and Lauren's incredibly warm, spacious and handicapped-friendly home for a week's reunion. We needed a rental that was able to accommodate my 90-year-old mother, who has many special needs. B-flat Woods was perfect.
It's hard to say what we enjoyed the most: the wonderfully open layout of the house .... the unbelievable master bedroom suite on the first floor .... the fabulous views .... the unusual privacy of the lot .... the fun birdwatching .... all the supplies so generously shared by the Komachs ....
It was a Thanksgiving our family will always remember with great joy. Thanks, Komachs, for sharing your spectacular corner of the Berkshires with us! |

| Very positive. We had a wonderful winter family reunion at this house. It was warm, comfortable, and had all amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, and there was room for several cooks. We loved the quiet and the gorgeous view. It would also be a perfect summer vacation spot. |

| This comfortable hideaway is particularly beautiful in the Fall when the leaves surrounding it are blazing with color and the fireplaces keep it cozy and warm inside. The house is in a perfect location to enjoy the cultural opportunities of the area. We loved it! |

| We love B-Flat Woods. The house is very comfortable with great amenities.The surrounding area is beautiful and the house is nestled in the woods, yet so very near Tanglewood.It is a place that we dream about returning to time and time again no matter what time of year. |

| This is a terrific place to get away for a weekend or longer at any time of the year. During the summer, entertainment is readily available. In the wintertime, the fireplaces and secluded location provide a cozy getaway cottage feel. I loved it! |

| What a great house! I loved driving along the very long driveway, and seeing the house appear out of the woods. It fits the site so perfectly, you could imagine that you are farther away from civilization than the three miles from Tanglewood you really are. |

Dear Guests,
We want to welcome you to our vacation haven in the Berkshires, B-flat Woods. We fell in love with this house many years ago. The home was built by our cousins, who built it for themselves. Now that we have realized our dream of owning it, we look forward to sharing it with a few special guests each year.
Our love of music and for Tanglewood has led us to call the house "B-flat Woods." We both play B-flat clarinets in a community concert band, sitting next to each other, a seating arrangement we have shared for over 20 years.
The house is just three miles from the gates of Tanglewood, a fact that we hope you will take advantage of on fine summer afternoons and evenings while you are here. There are so many other delights to discover in and around the villages of Stockbridge and Lenox that we don't have room here to tell you about them.
