My stay at "Alta Vista" was a delight. The contemporary adobe style home was a pleasing backdrop for the Southwest art and decor. The kitchen was well appointed and left nothing to be desired. I had a truly relaxing stay there as I imagine you will also.

We loved this home. It's a delightful property and we had a fabulous, relaxing time. It's beautifully decorated - very warm and inviting. It has wonderful artwork and spectacular views. We enjoyed the secluded layout - but it's still close to town.

Of all the places we have stayed in the Southwest this house captured the epitome of New Mexico charm. The interior is alive with colors, vega ceilings, heated tile floors and elegant yet extremely comfortable furniture. The views are spectacular looking out at the sacred Taos Mountain. The location is great, near the Millicent Rogers Museum, accessible to back roads so no main street traffic, yet only 3 miles from the plaza. We especially liked the enclosed and private backyard with the wild grasses and pine trees, the perfect place to relax in the hot tub. We look forward to returning to this lovely and idyllic sanctuary.
