| I traveled with a group of 5 guys down to New Orleans to participate for Habitat for Humanity and stayed at this wonderful property. Pat and Holly were extremely accessible and available for any questions about the property. The house was AMAZING. The pictures do this property no justice. The house was three times the size we were anticipating and it accommodated us perfectly. We cooked every morning and had every utensil we needed. Having to wait for showers would have been an issue with one bathroom but since there were two, both with showers (one had two heads)so it was perfect. The house location was perfect, it allowed us to walk to every attraction we wanted to see in New Orleans. There are some surrounding areas that are not too pleasant but as long as you know not to wander in the wrong direction you will be more than alright. The property is two blocks from Iggys as someone else has commented is one of the best local bars in New Orleans. We had a wonderful stay and were blown away by the house. I would definitely stay here again in the future and I would recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans. |

Thanks so much for sharing your Home. We had a GREAT time, our daughter loved the colors, as she interested in interior design and art. It was so good to have the large upstairs space with the bedroom and bath. The garden area and back screened area wonderful.
Thanks again and we hope to return to visit New Orleans again. |

| Really enjoyed stay, the house is in a great location only short walk to everything. Frenchman street is very near, lots of great music. The screened in porch is nice place to end the day relaxing. Will be coming back |

| We stayed at the house over the Memorial Day weekend. We had a wonderful time! The house was fantasic! Great to have 2 bathrooms, one for the kids and one for me and my husband! The porchs were lovely..we loved sitting outside in the morning and evenings. We would definately stay there again and will recommend it to our friends and family. |

| Thank you so much, Patrick and family! We had an excellent stay this past halloween, and will certainly be back! This home is gorgeous and warm, and is located in a very convenient part of town. A short walk to Frenchman, a short walk to Bourbon, and a very short walk to Iggy's, the most welcoming bar in NOLA! Thanks! |
