| We thoroughly enjoined our stay at this beautiful condo. The owner has taken the time and effort to ensure the condo is well decorated and well supplied with everything for both a fun and relaxing vacation. The location is perfect...convenient to the Channel Islands, Oxnard, Ventura and Santa Barbara yet off the beaten path to where you feel like you own your own beach. Gigi is excellent to work with. We are already trying to make plans to return. |

| This was a great place to stay. The layout of the house was very comfortable for our family. The furniture and decks were in excellent shape. It is very quiet and isolated enough to be very private. Thank you for a wonderful week. |

| We had a great time! Our kids were in the water the entire time - the ocean is right in front of the unit, the pool and jaccuzzi are so close--they went in the ocean, then went in the jaccuzzi, then back to the ocean. It was so easy and relaxing --- The place has everything we needed! We will return again! THANKS MARTY AND GIGI!!!!! |
