Just a word of thanks for a wonderful place for a family get together. It's the first time we've been able to stay together all the time and we enjoyed all the amenities of the home. We are so scattered and it is hard to find a centrally located place without having to stay apart in Motels. We are from Canada, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Virginia, Tennessee, Dominican Republic. We've loved every minute of our stay.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home as we shared Thanksgiving together. We prepared a delicious Thanksgiving meal - the kitchen was very accomodating and there was room for all to dine together. Your home is so tastefully decorated and the layout is great. There's a place for what ever you desire to do - whether it's going for a walk, playing pool, watching football or your favorite movie, your home had it all! We are externally grateful for the opportunity to all be together, laugh, love and enjoy one another's company. Once again we thank you and we would love to come back!

What a blessing this week has been to our family and your beautiful house was the perfect place for us all to be together - to laugh, talk, dance, rest and just have fun! So beautiful and large enough that we could all sit together for meals & movies - yet so many quiet little spots to just go and be alone when needed. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lake house. Everyone was so happy here - one granddaughter loved your kitchen & cooked for us, one daughter & granddaughters had a ball dancing to loud music & playing pool, my grandson could roam all over the place with his Thomas the Train, 9 month old granddaughter loved being carried from room to room. The grownups loved the large beds & the lovely spots to drink coffee - or margaritas!! Your lake home is truly a beautiful place for family time and making wonderful vacation memories. We had a great time at your home! The house is beautiful and very well-outfitted to accommodate our eleven family members. We had a fabulous time skiing, tubing, and kneeboarding in addition to lounging at the pool and playing golf. The location is ideal! We hope it will work out for us to return next year. We had a great time this past week. Your home was truly a home away from home. The beds are extremely comfortable. We had all we needed in the kitchen to feed and prepare meals for twelve. Your home is beautiful but practical as well. Smith Mountain Lake is also beautiful and we had a great time tubing. The kids also enjoyed the pools and hot tub.

We were here last year this same week. This trip was even more relaxing and enjoyable. The children are so at home in your house. Thank you for making it so child friendly. The pool was fun everyday. Thanks for sharing your home with us for the past 3 months. We have had the best vacation of our lives spending time with our daughter, husband & 4 grandchildren as well as with the many new friends in Marniers Landing. The result of this time puts us in a position that we will most likely build a home here in the next year & move from Oregon. Your home is very similar to the home we plan to build on our lot on the 10th Fairway so we were able to incorporat things we like into our plans. Who knows, you may want to rent to us again when we return to build. Best Wishes.

We came from Gloucester/Mathews, Virginia to stay in this beautifully decorated mountain home. The weather was so wonderful, and the lake was so refreshing. The location of this home was just perfect, and not too far away from the Pointe, and all the other swimming pools. We are incredibly grateful that the owner of this home allowed us to stay here and enjoy ourselves. You know, by the looks of this place, I bet those owners are some great people. Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful home. The house is terrific and the area is full of things to do. We liked everything: boating, swimming, sightseeing and just relaxing. The pools were great and the lake is gorgeous. Don't miss seeing the Dam and the D-Day Memorial. A walk on one of the trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway is well worth the drive. Thank you once again for a fabulous fun-filled memorable week.
