Paradise is the best way to describe this gem by the river. We had one of the best vacations of our lives and hope to repeat. We caught dozens of very large fish, had numerous relaxing canoe/tube trips, ate plenty of smores at our daily campfire, held a 1st official Bennett Pool Tournament, and were even able to create stupendous meals in your awesome kitchen. Thanks for sharing your beautiful spacious home with us. We will remember it forever! You haven't seen the last of us!

What the previous guests have commented on is true. The Log Home was truly a great "find". Debbie was so helpful and welcomed us to her great place. All of us had our own special and memorable things to do, such as listening to Bruce's LPs while playing cards and dominoes at the dining room table, or competing for high score in pinball, or "getting whipped" in a round of pool and croquet, or sitting around the campfire at night or just relaxing and reading a book, you get the picture.... There was much wildlife around to watch and our last night we even saw a black bear. The entire week was great and we look forward to returning to Beaver Point Lodge. If you want peace and relaxation, this is a great place for you.

We stayed at this beautiful cabin the last week in June. The cabin is surrounded by woods, the river, wildlife, and a well kept lawn. The river is just steps from the cabin, with a firepit and grilling area. The cabin is spacious and beautifully decorated. We spent my many meals outside on the porch. The kichen and dinning room are open and welcoming, a great setup for entertaining. Evenings were spend in the game room playing darts and pool while listening to the jukebox. We caught many fish and spent time canoeing and kayaking. Debbie is most helpful and has all the comforts of home available. We are looking forward to coming back this winter.

What a "cabin"!!!!! It is hard to put into words what a wonderful and beautiful log home this is. The pictures do not do justice. Debbie went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and our time there special. It was very hard to leave that paradise in the woods, but I know that we will be back.

This was a truly unique experience out in the north woods on the Chippewa River with Deer, wild turkets and Bald Eagles in a totally modern 3 floor log "cabin". The owners have done a magnificent job at refurbishing this spacious home. I'm possitive we will be back. It was the perfect respite.
