| My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful apartment in May. The location cannot be beat-short walk to Metros, large supermarket, restaurants, the Louvre, Opera Garnier, Galleries Lafayette, and more. The apartment is adorable and beautifully decorated in French antiques and lovely paintings. Christine is marvelous to deal with and very helpful with many suggestions. I definitely would make this my home the next time in Paris! |

My wife and I spent three enjoyable and comfortable weeks in Christines lovely French style apartment. The location was excellent, walking distance to the National Opera House, Rue de Rivioli, Notre Dame. The Monoprix supermarket, restaurants, and any store needed are right in the neighborhood.
The king size bed was extremly comfortable with linen supplied and a library with both tour and reading books. In addition the couch converted into an additional bed.
The apartment exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Christine for her hospitality. |

This is the perfect apartment for a visitor to Paris. It is perfected located, within walking distance of the Louvre, the Opera, the Comedie Francais, shopping & metro. The apartment is elegant & beautifully furnished with the visitor's every need considered. Christine Paul & her family are kind & gracious hosts. My daughter & I felt completely at home immediately. We look forward to our next visit to Paris with the knowledge that our "home away from home" will be waiting for us. |

| I highly recommend this apartment. My wife and I (and an occasional visitor) have stayed here twice in the past 3 years--for one month the first time (September 2004) and for two weeks the second time (June 2007). If you like the Louvre and the Comedie Francaise, the rue de la Paix and the Opera Garnier, it sits between them just off the Avenue de l'Opera. It is beautifully furnished. Christine and her family are charming and delightful people to deal with. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation. |

Visiting Paris became an even more wonderful experience thanks to our stay in this lovely place. Besides being conveniently located near so many wonderful shops, restaurants and attractions, it was bright, airy, beautifully appointed and immaculate. There was a kitchenette where we prepared breakfast (a boulangerie was located just across the street and another just minutes away on Rue de Richelieu, lots of bureau space, a huge amoire, a cd player and a small tv. We found it to be spacious and very comfortable.
Dealing with owner Christine Paul was a pleasure - she couldn't have been more delightful. Her housekeeper - Fadilla - was also wonderful. Christine arranged for her to pick us up at the airport, help us with our bags and show us around the flat.
Staying at this flat let us really feel like were actually living in Paris – not just visiting! It was cozy, so romantic and became our home away from home – if only for a little while. If at all possible, we are going to return!

Bright, cheerful corner partment with elevator; ideal location within distance of the Louvre, Opera Garnier, Palais Royal, and a supermarket. Metro and multiple bus lines one block away. Charmingly decorated and fully equiped. We have been staying in the apartment each year since 1999.

A stay at the Rue Therese flat has become an integral part of our visits to Paris. Not only is its location superb, but it feels like a second home that we miss when away. The flat is charming and beautifully appointed and guest's needs have all been thought of. The neighborhood is marvelously convenient to every mode of transportation and shops. One is walking distance to the Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay, the Palais Royal and the Opera amongst many other attractions and excellent restaurants. The 1st Arrondissement is the epicenter of Paris and the flat is in the center of that! Truly, for my family, we feel that we have found a treasure to enjoy whenever we visit Paris and have had the added pleasure of always having a warm rapport with the flat's owner who could not be more helpful. I highly recommend staying and experiencing Paris in this most delightful, comfortable flat. My family looks forward to it every year and have done so for the past eight years!

What a fabulous place to stay in Paris! First of all location has to be a primary concern and there could be not better location than this wonderful apartment. Just a stone's throw from the Louvre, this corner apartment is beautifully maitained, cheerful and bright with large windows and lots of lovely wood beams. The living area is inviting and comfortable.. we look forward to returning here after tiring days of sightseeing. In the morning we'd swing the shutters open to enjoy the sights and sounds of the heart of Paris. We could not have been happier with this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location. Centrally located for all the best of the heart of Paris. Virtually next door to the Palais Royal, the best dining and shopping and within a short walk of every essential museum of Paris. If that's not enough, there are two Metro lines a block away. And the flat! A charming, warm, spacious home away from home with all the modern comforts that make the idea of a hotel room pale by comparison. We'll stay nowhere else.

My husband and I felt right at home in Christine's beautifully appointed apartment. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the rustic old beams, antique furniture and warm cheerful color scheme. Supplied with fine china and linens, we entertained friends for dinner much as we would have in our own dining room. In addition to a reading library, CDs and tour books, we were provided with lists of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is quiet yet centrally located just a block from busy Avenue de l'Opera and the Pyramides Metro. Across the Avenue is the Monoprix with a market offeringeverything one could want, including gourmet take-out. This is one internet site that lives up to its expectitations. We can't wait to go back.
