Perfect location for 1st time visit to NYC. We walked everywhere - Times Square, MET, MOMA, Guggenheim, Rockerfella Centre, Shopping on 5th Ave, Central Park, Meatpacking District, the Village! Next door to theatre playing Wicked (definately worth seeing!). Also great restaurants between 8th and 9th.
Greg was great to deal with - quick responding to emails which was perfect.
Would definately recommend this place to others. |

Wow, what a great location, best part of town to be in - close to everything. Subways are the way to go and just down the block. Greg was great to deal with and very accomodating for us as we had late flight out- great to know we still had the whole day to sightsee and etc and still could come back and shower and get ready to go to the airport. Thanks for a great experience

My friend and I just got home from our first trip to New York City. We stayed at Greg's apartment for 7 nights and it was perfect!! The apartment is centrally located to everything you will need or want to do/see in New York City ... we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! We will definitely recommend this apartment. The apartment has everything you need including a blow dryer so don't pack yours save the space in your suitcase for your purchases. Thanks Greg, we had an amazing time in the Big Apple!!!

I took my granddaughter to NYC for her 10th birthday. This apartment was the ideal location. We could shop, take our packages back to the apartment and shop some more. We could walk to the broadway shows and felt safe walking back to the apartment. I would stay here again. Plus, Greg was most helpful.

My girlfriends and I stayed in this apartment May 2009 and had an AMAZING time!! Aside from being within walking distance from Times Square, we had our very own balcony! It was bigger than it appears in the pictures and in a very quiet, private building. And RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the Gershwin Theater currently showing the musical, Wicked. Thanks again, Greg. We will be back!!

This is a long overdue comment that I owe from our lovely stay last October 2008. There were 4 of us girls that were some of the first guests to stay in the apartment and it couldn't have been a better experience! Excellent location, close to everything you could possibly want to do in New York City... shopping, central park, times square, close to subway stop and of course the theater district. Apartment was clean and classic - you felt like a real new yorker going up to your 16th floor apartment...and the view from the huge balcony was amazing! Greg was so gracious, he even arranged to send us back a few things that we left behind. Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely be staying here again!

Since this was our 1st trip to New York, we didn't realize just how clse we were to everyhting we were wanting ot do. The apartment was great! We were right beside "Wicked", a block from David Letterman show, walking distance to everything. Besides that, Greg was absolutely wonderful & helpful in every way possible. We will be going back next year, for sure!

My husband and I stayed at the apartment the second week of November in 2008. The location is great. The building is very clean and secure. Very very short walk to the subway(right across the street)and right in the theater district for all shows and dining. The food Emporium is located 1 block away if you like to shop and take food back to the apartment. We will be staying there again.
