| I must say,,, I was totally happy with this rental. The house was wonderful, the neighbors were wonderful. They rented me golfcarts way cheaper than the rental place, and were willing to go out of their way to help you if you need something. The grill was nice, other than not being cleaned before we arrived, and some sand in the washing machine, but nothing that would ever deterr me from renting again. I've stayed at myrtle beach every year for years, and I totally love this place, and Dog friendly,,,, my god it was like home, but with ocean view in nearly every room. The owners were easy to talk to and help in any way. but if you plan on staying around first of october,,,,, stay away its all mine,,,!!!lol |

We stayed at site 1023 twice, once in 2003 and again in July of 2005. There were 17 of us, 9 adults and 8 children and we were very comfortable. This house is awesome! There is an ocean view from all of the rooms. It is very bright and clean and very well stocked with towels, dinnerware, pots and pans, and the like. We loved it and will stay there again. David Anholzer is pleasant and very easy to work with. When our grill ran out of propane, all we had to do was call him and we had propane delivered in about 10 minutes or less. We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for about 20 years and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice (even though I hate to admit that we watch television while at the ocean) to have a TV in the other two bedrooms upstairs.
