| Location, location, location sums it up for this rental right on Mission Bay! Lovely furnishings, decor, and overall homey feeling the minute we opened the door. We hope to return in the very near future. |

| Incredibly cute place; wonderful location; and tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and maintained, with all of the equipment and utinsels you will ever need even if you bring nothing from home. You can walk to the beautiful ocean or bay beaches even without putting on your shoes if you want. A very cute and charming place to stay in an excellent location. |

| We had a wonderful stay at Rose's beach house. The house was clean and inviting. My 3 year old son loved that it was steps to the beach and all my husband and I heard each morning was "can we go to the beach now." We hope to return one day. |

Our family of four had a fabulous stay at Rose's cottage!!! Not only was it beautiful, it was bright, sunny and spotless. We loved BBQing and eating outside in the lush backyard. There was every thing included. Including kids beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc... Everything was so close. We walked to the beach and the bay every day and evry evening. Stores, restaurants,etc. was all within walking distance. It was the perfect vacation! Thank you, Rose. It was the best San Diego trip we have had yet! Thank you for everything. We can't wait to come back next summer.-

| GREAT location and cottage! Just across the street to the bay, which was amazing! Recently updated with super cute decor and extremely clean. We loved our stay and enjoyed BBQ'ing, walking on the bay, and relaxing! |

We LOVED this place. We rented it for a week after
we got married in La Jolla. Rose was very easy to
work with and the place was perfect and in such an
ideal location!!
