Five high school friends enjoyed our four night stay at this unit. We were pleased with the comfort and spaciousness of the condo. Three floors with two bedrooms on the top floor with private baths, one bedroom on main floor with private bath and one bedroom in basement with private bath. Unit was clean with comfortable beds with nice linens and towels. The kitchen was well equipped (although we only ate breakfast there)and the living areas had good tvs and comfortable sitting areas. When you rent there privately I don't know for sure whether or not you qualify for the amenities of the Mt. Washington resort - i.e, pick-ups for restaurants, skiing (in season), etc. Overall I would highly recommend renting this unit.

| Our family had a great long holiday (labor day)weekend, owner was very accomodating with last minute arrangements. The house has a beautiful layout for two families and the home is in terrific condition. My kids hope to return during ski season. |

| We just spent 5 nights at this beautiful rental, and were very pleased with it! The layout suited our combined families. It was modern and contemporary - and had all we needed. It was very comfortable and we would definitely consider a return visit. We enjoyed doing business with the owner and received our security deposit return promptly. We all had a very nice time! |

| We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and tastefully decorated condominium. It had all of the amenities that you could want, including comfortable couches and beds, a fully equipped kitchen and several large flat screen TVs. The location is a bit remote, but beautiful ... we even saw two moose nearby during our stay! |

This condo was perfect. We were traveling with 2 children, 1 teenager, and 3 adults. The condo was so clean, updated kitchen, and great location. We went up to go to Santa's Village, Six Gun City, Clark's Trading Post, and Storyland. The location could not have been better. Its within a half hour of all of these attractions, not to mention its less than a half mile from the Mt. Washington Hotel. I highly recommend staying here! We will be back next summer and maybe for a winter time ski vacation!! |

I have stayed in many places and this one was the best so far. The location is ideal (almost right accross the street from Bretton Woods ski area). I was very clean and well equipped. The owner was fair and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended! |

| Six of us rented this condo for a weekend. I have rented sveral rooms/condos over the years and travel often. This one was much more well kept (and equiped) than all of them. If you are looking a place to stay that doesn;t feel like a typical war out rental unit, this is the one. Great location!...almost right across the street from Bretton Woods. It was also clean and spacious. Well worth it! |

| What a great place! Updated and clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and much welcome after a hard day of skiing. We brought a Wii and the kids had a blast on the first floor (OK, so did the adults.) We don't usually return to the same place, but will consider coming back here next year. |

We just returned from spending school vacation week at the beautiful townhome. We highly recommend it. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, and then some! Plenty of room for our family (we did not rent the basement and still had lots of room!).
The location is great, just across the street from the ski area and rec. center and only a short distance down the road from the stunning Mt. Washington Hotel.
This is definitely a place we would return to, and recommend to others.
Just a minor detail - plan on doing the grocery shopping ahead of time - there is not a good/big grocery store close by. |

| This townhome is very nice, welcoming, and comfortable. The fireplace is fully stocked with logs, and makes the place so warm and inviting. It has contemporary decorations, and is very clean and well maintained. I liked the fact that each room connects straight to their own bathroom. There are two huge TV areas with ample couch room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with almost anything you need, you got! It was easy to find, and Bretton Woods ski slopes is only a hop away. I had a great time. |

We just got back from a winter weekend at this townhome in Bretton Woods and we had a great time. It's located just across 302 from the Downhill ski area, and just up the hill from the Mt. Washington hotel and XC ski trails.
The house is absolutely beautiful - it appears to have been recently renovated with comfy beds, huge couches, a good quality outdoor BBQ grill, and (our favorite thing) a great kitchen with new appliances.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped. In 20 years of staying at various houses/condos/townhouses/etc on our family and friend trips, we've learned to bring lots of kitchen stuff (cutting board, knives, fry pan, etc) with us - in this case, we didn't need to bring any of that stuff - then even had a garlic press.
The common rooms are huge, and the main floor and basement both have flat screen TV's and DVD/CD player. We spent most of our time hanging out in the main floor main room.
Everybody in our group kept raving about how beautiful the house is.
This is one of the nicest houses we've stayed in during our years of bike/ski/beach/etc trips.
One Note: If you plan to cook (or drink) while you are up there, I recommend you stop at a grocery store on your trip up I-93 - there's not a lot of shopping in the Bretton woods area.
