| Lovely accommodations! We booked barely a month out, but everything was perfect for a birthday getaway for my wife and a dozen of her friends. We had a wonderful stay. This is a great location for relaxing and eating (two kitchens!), with easy access to all the necessities. The owner was very helpful. I highly recommend it. |

We were delightfully suprised at the this spacious home (looked smaller in the pictures)and the beautiful decor. We had a group of 16 and never got in each others way. I do most of the cooking and the kitchen was a dream, with everything you could ever need. Dishes, pots and pans, utensils, all the applicances, huge island and more than enough room for all to sit and eat. The deck and fishing pier were spectacular and the outside kitchen as well. We grilled outside twice and there are tables and chairs to eat on the deck too. Beautiful tile floors, great beds, TV's everywhere, games to play, fishing and swimming off the pier, etc. - you name it this get-a-way has it. The Owner is a gem and very accommodating and helpful. Our group will definitely be returning to this fantastic new found jewel, hopefully in the near future.

| We rented this house for Laborday Weekend. It was a lot nicer than the pics show. This place was amazing, plenty of space for our group, very comfortable and a great place to unwind. We will be back in the future. |

Thank you Denise for the use of your beautiful home. Our ladies' church retreat was a big success. Your home was more than we expected. The ladies enjoyed the spacious rooms, the kitchen and comfortable atmosphere.

| Fantastic house in a terrific location. Right on the water with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Conveniently located closely to Montgomery as well for shopping and other options. Beautiful inside with a terrific deck and outdoor kitchen. Hope to stay again soon! |

This is the perfect lake house! There is plenty of
room for everyone and the house is beautiful and
very nicely decorated. We loved sitting out on the
deck and enjoyed grilling outside with the
wonderful outdoor kitchen. They provide
everything you need for a great stay! It is a great

| My family of 15 have stayed in Lake houses all over Texas for the last 13 years, and this is, BY FAR, the best. The outside deck was always cool enough to enjoy (even in the middle of the afternoon in July). We had a broken arm during our stay and in our mad dash to help our the person we found a huge fully stocked first aid box that had just what we needed til we made it to the hospital. The kitchen was wonderful and fully stocked with any little/big appliance you could want or need. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The dvr allowed us to record all our favorites and enjoy them at our leisure. I could go on and on. We LOVED IT! |

Our family of 16 was extremely pleased with the accommodations and provision provided by the owner. The granite kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cooking tools, spices, fine stainless silverware, high end small appliances as well as major appliances. The tiled floors of the kitchen, living area, dinning areas, and sun room were beautiful as well as practical. The kitchen elevation was a little higher than living area which provided for excellent views of the deck and lake. Multiple dining areas were available from bar counters to seated tables. Plan on using the well equipped outdoor kitchen. Each family had a bedroom and the bathrooms were accessible, spacious and well-appointed in every aspect. Everyone appreciated the internet capability as well as the several flat screen TV’s throughout the home. There was ample room for everyone to comfortably be together at one time. This home is elegant as well as totally
compatible with its lake environment. It is a great place for a family gathering. |

| Wow! Totally loved being here this weekend. Beds were super comfortable and the home was so clean.My sons loved fishing from the dock and we rented a pontoon boat from the marina area and enjoyed that as well. Would be glad to come back here anytime! Location is great, near Walmart, and was easy to find. Will definitely recommend to anyone. |

Robert, this is the lake house we rented last week. It was awesome. About a mile from Walden CC and about 2 miles from Del Lago Golf; 5 miles from a Super Wal-Mart, etc. Very accessible from here too. Check out the website below. Couple of the best things we liked is the outdoor kitchen, fire pit (bring or buy some wood) and the bed linens (pillows are critical for me and these were great) are very very good as well. I would highly recommend it. If your friend has a boat it will be even better since there is a boat lift there as well. The neighbor is an avid fisher-women and can tell you when, where, and how to fish if you are interested.

| I rented this house with 11 other ladies for a girls weekend. It was fabulous! In the past we have rented on the beach in Galveston, and someone always got stuck in a top bunk. We loved having all the Queen beds. Also, there was so much room that we had several ladies who scrapped and others who read and others who enjoyed the deck - there was room for everyone to do whatever they wanted. We had a blast dancing on the deck at night and listening to the sound of the water during the day. We will be back when it is warmer and we can actually jump in the water! |

| We had a last minute family gathering at this beautiful lake house couple weeks ago and we had a wonderful time. This house is tastefully decorated and well kept. The kitchen is well equiped with all the spices you can think of. We enjoy grilling and dining on the deck by the water in the evening. Our 3 1/2 and 2 years old both had a wonderful time. It was a memoriable get away for us. The owner was very kind and made the last minute arrangement for us to rent the house. She even sent my son's Thomas DVD back to us after we have forgotten it in the DVD player. We will definitely be back again soon. |

| First time to stay at this property and will do it again! We had a family event and all were amazed at the decor, ambience and view. The layout accomodated all very comfortably. Although it rained all the time we were there, we enjoyed the "outside" from the warmth of the sunroom. We even managed to use the outdoor kitchen between showers. |

The house is truly wonderful! The photos and exlpaination on the web site really don't do this home justice. A very open floor plan which worked extremely well for entertaining our large group. The bedrooms are very large with comfortable beds, quality linens and great tv's. The kitchen is large,open and well equipped. The deck is awesome with plenty of furniture, outdoor kitchen a huge plus, and the views are worderful. | I have used this relaxing getaway several times and I cant wait to get back to it. The house is immaculate with more then enough room for everyone. The view of the lake from the large deck is amazing especially in the morning and evening.If you like to fish,i catch catfish off the dock all day long. This place is wonderful |

We have stayed at the house in the past for weekends and with my birthday coming up we thought it would be wonderful place for a party. We had about 25 guest and needless to say there was more than enough room for everyone. All of our guest fell in love with house and the way it was decorated. This is truly a wonderful place to relax and just let the world go by.

| What a fantastic place! It's beautifully decorated and immaculate with a warm, inviting interior. My grandsons loved fishing from the pier and I loved the fact that I could view the deck and fishing/boating area from the air-conditioned comfort of the sunroom. The huge deck lends itself well to big gatherings,there's room for everyone and the view is amazing! Loved it and I'll definitely be back! |

| It is a wonderful experience to stay at this lake house. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and roomy. I have used this lake house four times and look forward to going back. We recently had a family event and had 16 people for the weekend and everyone was very impressed. A great place to relax and enjoy the lake and outdoors. And you will probably see a few deer too. |
