| We stayed at your home - with my daughter, her husband and my two grandsons- and I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The house is beautiful and you thought about everything a family would need while vacationing. My oldest grandson is still talking about it and still sleeping with his Mickey that you sent him. The pool was an extra bonus with the 95 degree weather we had all week in October and was welcomed after a long day at the parks! Thank you for everything and we look forward to visiting your home again! |

we can not describe enough our surprise and pleasure when we saw this beautiful house. It has exceeded all our expectations and imagination. The experience actually starts with booking when Debbie sends the wonderful welcome information package which also includes lots of goodies for the kids. Once we arrived at the house we felt immediately like at our own home. The more we stayed the more we have fallen in love with the house and its surrounding neighborhood. Each morning we took short walks in the park trail, enjoyed drinking our coffees by the pool and watch the sun come up before heading to the theme parks. I think my two girls (11 and 6) rather stayed home all day long in the pool rather than tackling the challenges of the theme parks! Surely it was a sad moment to depart but now we know in our hearts and minds we also have a "home-away-from-home" in Orlando. Thank you so much for everything.

Your house is the perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation. It made our trip for our grandson's first visit to Disneyworld a joy. It's close to everything: all of Disneyworld, numerous restaurants, grocery and drug stores, and the highways, yet secluded and quiet. It was very relaxing to unwind after a day at the parks. The house was just the right size for our family. Everyone had plenty of space and you have thought of everything. If you didn't have it, we didn't need it and things we didn't know we needed, you had! We're looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be contacting you to reserve the house. We want you to know that we loved our week's stay at your home during the week of 5/8 -5/15/09. Your location was very convenient to the Park, shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. I can't tell you how much we loved having your comfortable home to go to at the end of our busy days in Disney. The children especially enjoyed the pool which we used every day. Natalie's (5 yr old) storybook she was doing for a class assignment on her vacation, had your pool on the cover . It was a highlight. Thanks for all of the extra's you provided, the Minnie's for the girls, the stickers, the Disney tour book, etc.
We have raved to everyone that this is the way to go when traveling in DW, and we would certainly love to stay at your home again in the future.

Our THIRD visit to your home was as magical as the first two visits!! All the kids refer to your home as "their Florida home! As always, it is those extra touches that you do so well that make us feel so welcome when we walk through the door!! The Christmas decorations are truly special and really helped add to our stay!!
Packing is a breeze because you have already thought of EVERYTHING!!
Two weeks was not nearly long enough, but we are already looking forward to our next visit in 2010!! We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!!

| The Emerald Palace provide an oasis to stay in, just outside of all the main attractions of Orlando/Kissimmee. The development where the house resides is very safe, clean and beautiful. The house itself is just amazing. It was our second year staying at the Emerald Palace, and I think it was even more beautiful than I remembered it from last year. The home is beautifully decorated, appointed, clean and everything looks fresh and brand new. The master bedroom suite is just wonderful, and I cannot say enough about how much we enjoy the screened-in pool and hot tub (pay the extra fee to have it heated in the winter months---its worth every penny!). We thorougly enjoyed our stay, even in spite of the 50 degree weather! I would highly recommend staying here, and I myself cannot imagine going back to this area without staying at the Emerald Palace. We will do it again and again. |

| I just returned from one of the most enjoyable vacations with my family I have ever experienced. There were many reasons it was a great vacation, but speaking for myself as well as my family, the number one reason it was so great were our accommodations. We have vacationed in the Orlando area many times in the past 25 years, staying in hotels, suites and even camping in campgrounds on a couple of occassions. I honestly can't recall a time more wonderful or comfortable as the 10 days we just spent in your home. It was perfect!! I only regret we had to spend so much time in the theme parks and didn't have more time to spend in your beautiful home. Everything anyone could possibly need or want is available and it's so convenient to Disney World. We found a great route to bypass the traffic and could make it there in just a short time. | This house is very well kept, outfitted and decorated. It is located in a security gated community which is very nice. I especially enjoyed the late night swims and relaxing in the hot tub. It was a marvelous place to watch the lunar eclipse. We paid the extra for the pool and hot tub heat and it was worth it. After a 14 hr day at Disney you would agree. Once you exit the gate for a day at Disney you can be at Animal Kingdom within 10 minutes - the location is good. Yes, I would recommend this house for a family stay in the Disney area. It worked great for the six of us in our family. There are a lot of nice extra touches here you will never get in a hotel. |

| Wow! We had 2 amazing vacations in 2007 (August & Xmas). We enjoyed ourselves immensely on both occasions. We can not wait to plan our next trip to the Emerald Palace! We will definitely make this home our retreat in Florida. We highly recommend the extra pool heat in the winter. The pool was so warm and relaxing after a day at the parks. Plus the water was much warmer than Disney's waterpark. The home was everything and moren than we anticipated. The Cook's home was very inviting and clean, nicely decorated with extra touches to make our visit more memorable (for ex. movies, sports entertainment, lots of pool toys, beautiful Xmas tree and decorations, well stocked kitchen utensils/dishes, newly remodeled master bath, etc.). The location was very convenient. We loved the back road into Disney thus avoiding the Hwy 192 traffic. Plus it was great having a large grocery store and lots of restaurants within a mile of the house too. Thank you! |

Your house was wonderfully decorated and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. The heated pool and hot tub was especially welcomed after a long day on our feet. You couldn’t ask for a more central location to Disney and other activities. While I debated bringing my laptop, wireless came in handy both for work and play (what did we do before computers and cell phones?). For those with families, rest assured there are plenty of games, TV’s (one in each of 4 bedrooms plus one in the family room), and pool paraphernalia to keep the most active groups satisfied. Staying in your home was a total joy! We were in Orlando for a conference. each day we were in training from morning to night. Coming "home" made

It has all the facilities you would expect at this prestigious residential community, including wireless internet. | We had such an awesome time. I had not relaxed that much in more than 5 years. The house is perfect for our large family. We have 5 kids. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The grounds are prefect. We loved to play tennis as a family. The pool was so fun and safe with all the life jackets and loungers. The cookware is top of the line as well as the bedding, decorations, and towels. If you are bored there, it is not Deb's fault. The grill was awesome. We will only stay at the Emerald Palace from now on. I cannot say enough about how great our vacation was there. |

It took us about 11 minutes to get to Disney and 20 minutes to get to Universal. The house was very clean and met our needs. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. | We have just returned from our second stay at the Emerald Palace, and the Cook's home was just as lovely as we remembered it to be. What a wonderful place to stay while in the Orlando area! The location is perfect..close to the parks, which made it easy to come back mid-afternoon so our kids (ages 4 and 2) could take some much needed naps, plus it's close to shopping, grocery stores, etc. Once again, we appreciated how well the home is stocked...it was easy to pack this year, because we knew "the house already has that!" :) We used the pool every day, sometimes almost all day long! and we brought our laptop so really appreciated the wireless internet. Deb's customer service is out of this world, too - the management company accidentally set up the crib in the wrong bedroom, and we called Deb to let her know. Within the hour, Jeff, the local property manager, was at the door, with a smile and an apology...and he brought us a cake, too! Dave and Deb, thanks for all you do to make your home so comfortable...we love it at the Emerald Palace, and it's the only place we'll stay when in the Orlando area. We'll be back! |

We have just returned from our second stay at the Emerald Palace. My family loves going to Orlando to visit the parks, and we all agree that the Cook's house is the only way to go. Our second visit to this beautiful home was just as wonderful as our first stay. The pool is so private. The home decor is luxurious and yet we felt so comfortable, so "at home." When we return to Orlando, we will definitely try to rent at the Emerald Palace. We consider the Cook's home the best place to stay while vacationing in Orlando.

After just returning from our stay at the "Emerald Palace" (1-6 to 1-13-07) we can easily understand why there are so many positive comments about your property in the guestbook. We have stayed previously in 5 different rental homes in the area and none were as well furnished, maintained, decorated and comfortable as your home. Everything from the bedding to the towels to the kitchen utensils are of top quality.
Since my son had his laptop with him we
were also pleasantly surprised there was high speed wireless internet service in the home.
We have never stayed in the same rental home more than once, but that will change now! Thanks for a great vacation.

I just got back from our visit to the Emerald Palace and could not wait to post my praise for this property. We were a group of four women who'd gathered from various places for a reunion. Since I'd made the reservations, I was understandably concerned that the house live up to everyone's expectations. Well, it was everything I'd hoped it would be and more. This is a group of very experienced travellers and we were all impressed. The house was beautifully decorated, lacked nothing, was conveniently located and everything was kept meticulously. It's obvious that the Cooks take great pride in their home. We had such a great time and wound up enjoying relaxing by the pool as much as anything else we did in Orlando. I'm looking forward to booking another visit. I know my grandchildren would love staying here and visiting Disneyworld.

We just can't say enough about the emerald palace! Deb has thought of everything. We had 8 adults, 2 babies and special dietary requirements which required lots of cooking etc. Deb's kitchen in Orlando is better stocked than my kitchen at home. The house is just lovely,comfortable and very close to Disney. We can't wait to go back. It was truly special.

Our SECOND trip to your beautiful far EXCEEDED our expectations! On our last trip, during the holiday season, we had 4 children and grandparents. This time it was just us with (now) FIVE children! When we walked in the front door it felt like we were home again!! You have truly thought of everything! Packing was so much easier this time because "Deb would already have that at the house"!!! We were able to enjoy 17 WONDERFUL days at your home..and still we did not want to leave!! The kids would move in if you would let them!! Thank you so much for all you do to make everyone feel welcome and relaxed on vacation..that is what it is all about!! We are already planning our next trip to Disney and will not consider any place else!!

| We just returned from a wonderful four day stay at the Emerald Palace, and our only complaint is that our stay wasn't long enough! What a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, and VERY comfortable. The Cooks have truly thought of everything when it comes to amentities...from the darling robes for the children to the huge selection of pool toys to the Mickey Mouse waffle iron, they've got it covered! Lots and lots of little "extras" that truly made our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the kitchen being so well-stocked. Deb's customer service was top-notch, too - she even bought a crib for the house when we mentioned we'd be bringing our 10 month old baby!! A fantastic stay - we'll be back, we promise!! |

| We stayed in this home, along with four kids and grandparents, over spring break. The setting is so quiet and peaceful -- off the main drag. As an admirer of good interior decorating, this home is particularly pleasing to the eye and quite spacious. We lacked for nothing and the kids enjoyed all that was made available for them, but especially the pool. It is obvious the owners take great pride in their home-away-from-home! |

| We rented this house for a week as an alternative to a Disney hotel. Wow, were we glad we did!! It is only a 10 minute drive to most Disney attractions and after a long day at the parks, it was so nice to come home to the pool for a bit of relaxation. This house has everything you would ever need and more. My 5 year old twin girls were right at home in their room, which is stocked with a tv, movies, toys and books for them to play with. We will defintely return when in Orlando the next time. |

| We just made a reservation for a return stay at the beautiful Emerald Palace. We had the pleasure of staying at the Cook home last fall and enjoyed every minute. The home looks gorgeous in the pictures yet the pictures don't do it justice. Deb has taken care of every detail to make your stay at the Emerald Palace better than staying at a five star hotel. I can't say enough about this wonderful home and the wonderful owners. We could not have been any happier and are very excited about our return visit to the fabulous Emerald Palace! Nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood. Great rates, and Debbie was extremely thorough in preparations before, during and after our stay. The chocolate chip "cookie/cake" was gone in .5 day - phenomenal. We just came home from a two week stay at this fabulous house! We had the best time. The house was beautiful and the location was superb. We loved having the nature preserve behind us. It was very private and quiet. We loved the pool after visiting the parks all day. The BBQ was an added bonus! We grilled a lot! Thanks for your hospitality and generosity.

Your Emerald Palace is so bright and beautifully decorated and the kids had such a great time in the pool and at the playground. It was really nice to have access to all those children's movies, toys and books as well. Everything was absolutely wonderful and we hope to return many times in the future. We also really appreciated the cookies and gifts for the kids. That was a very nice welcoming gesture.

We just got back from Disney and we had to thank the Cook's for letting us share their home!! It is great coming home from Disney and having all the comforts of home at your finger tips. | We chose the Emerald Palace as an alternative to staying in Disney Hotels. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would recommend it for anyone. Our costs came out to approximately 50% of what the Disney Hotel would have been. We saved even more by eating some of our meals in the home. Very convenient to all Disney related locations. |

| Great value for your dollar. We stayed for 7 days, and loved every minute. Our hosts, Dave and Debbie Cook have thought of everything. Never again will we stay in a hotel, our experience was awesome, from booking the home to taking occupancy. Debbie was thoughtful enough to send champaign and a nice big cookie to welcome us. Ourselves as well as future guests want for nothing. Dave and Debbie, you have a wondeful home, thanks for sharing it with us, This trip was for our mothers 76 birthday, and she loved everything about the home espacially the pool and hot tub, a nice touch, great home feeling, agsin, thank you for your beautiful home. We will definitely be back!!! |

| We had a fantastic week at the Cook House. the furnishings were all very well kept and clean. It was a beautiful home. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots and pans and accessories. | We're sold! First time we've rented a home (week of 5/29/05) and we'll never go back to hotel acommodations. Your house is lovely and you've thought of every detail . . . including a Mickey Mouse waffle iron! Only issue was that, after purchasing park hopper tickets, our teenagers wanted to stay and enjoy the house. Next time we'll add-on a couple days and do just that! | What a wonderful time we had in your lovely home! Thank you for attending to our every need. From the invaluable Disney book that allowed us to preplan our Disney time to the ‘welcome and do you have everything you need?’ phone call we received just after our arrival. You truly go above and beyond to make your guests feel comfortable. We traveled to Orlando with our 4 year old daughter and 1 set of grand parents. Being able to relax in your home and enjoy our time together was perfect. Our daughter LOVED the pool and was able to become quite proficient with her dog paddling skills! She also enjoyed the children’s room, toys and books you provided. She too felt right at home. We will recommend your home to others and hope to return ourselves one day. We split our Florida time between Orlando (your home) and the beach (another home). We were a bit disappointed with the beach home we rented as we truly became spoiled after our time in your home. | After staying in motels and hotels for 15 years, (and even some of the better chains, Marriott and Sheraton etc) we tried this property. All I can say is we lacked for nothing! It was an excellent stay, relaxing in the pool in the evenings, the kids had video and board games to play in thier own bedrooms, dvds and videos to watch. Everything you could need is there, it puts the best hotels to shame. Its close to the Disney theme parks, just off 192 so dining and shopping are just around the corner. We're already planning our return, and wouldn't consider anywhere else. The property is in a nice area and is well maintained. Wish we could live there permanently! |

| My parents and my husband along with our seven year old son and four year old daughter had our greatest vacation ever this past month at the Emerald Palace. This home is so beautifully furnished and well-equipped..... that it is difficult to leave in the morning but wonerful to come home to in the evening after a long day at the parks. The pool and spa were wonderful!!! Cannot imagine ever staying in a hotel after finding this villa. A true gem. |

We had the pleasure of staying at "The Emerald Palace" over the Christmas Holiday this year. From the moment we walked thr the door we felt welcome. The christmas tree was beautifully decorated, the stockings were hung on the door knobs with care...The welcome treats were delicious! My 3 boys had a wonderful time swiming in the pool. The cooks know how to make your stay a positive experience. I would highly reccommend staying at "The Emerald

We have just returned from a week in Orlando and the Emerald Palace could not have been more perfect! The thought to details was just amazing! Everything was just like home...only BETTER!!
We were there with our 4 children and "ginny and PaPa" and we had a great getaway!!
We look forward to returning in the warmer months to enjoy the pool, but it will be hard not to come back at Christmas time as the home was decorated beautifully with the holiday decorations!!

The pool was great and the children loved this at the end of a busy day in the parks but I think the adults enjoyed it even more.We have no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope to return ourselves one day. | We stayed here in April 2004 and the house is beautiful. It is actually better than the website (and the virtual tour is great). The location is great. We did not do a lot of Disney because we have done that before. This vacation was just to relax and spend time in the warm weather. The location is near a lot of good restaurants. I would highly recommend this home. We have stayed in other home/condo rentals and have not had one as nicely decorated and furnished as this one. |

We wanted to express our thanks for helping to make our visit to Orlando such a great time! We have rented a number of properties in the Disney area over the past ten years but none compare with your house at Emerald Island Resort. We especially enjoyed the excellent decorating and the quality of items provided for our use. We have stayed in places where it was tough to round up enough utensils and dishes for dinner. Having professional cookware and tons of dishes made it great for us, as we took advantage of the savings by preparing some of our meals at the house. We also appreciated the upscale furniture, electronics and the superb decorating.
We really felt at home and secure with the gated security for the resort and the alarm security system at your home. The pool safety and security is also an excellent feature, especially for families with children.
We look forward to renting your home again on our next trip to Orlando. Please feel free to use us as a reference for your property. We would be happy to answer questions for prospective renters and we will be sharing the information about your home with our friends and family.
