| The place is excellent for large family gatherings. Its just as pictured and even more. There are hidden trails for the kids to "explore" and they all loved the slide that drops you off into the ocean. The paddle boats were a nightly event and even the adults got a thrill out of trying to balance them after a day in the sun and fun. It is a perfect location being only 15 minutes by boat to either holiday isle or up north to pennekamp park. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a large group!!!! |

Had a great time at a wonderful property! It is
perfectly situated on the bayside with calm waters
and a water slide that shoots you right into the
gulf! The pool area is beautiful with an awesome
bar that is shaded by market umbrellas and has a
tiki hut for amazing sunsets. The home is
comfortable and has plenty of space to relax and
enjoy the views! We will definitely return! |

| We rented this house for our wedding party in April 09. It was amazing! The owner was accomodating and was easy to work with. The property is beautiful, well maintained, clean and hard to leave. We will definately return here in the future! Thank you for being a great part of our wedding! |

Took my wife and kids and it was the best vacation
ever! If you want the biggest bang for your buck
then look no further. You won’t find any other
house with more vacation amenities for this price
anywhere. The house was loaded it was like a hotel
resort. A gourmet kitchen made it easy to prepare
any family meal and there was plenty of space to
sleep w/ more beds than we needed. The private
marina with boats was an all day event with the
kids, since they didn't want to get off. At night I
fished w/ my son and then we all watched the
stars, the pier even had dimming lights. Snorkeling
in the ocean and swimming with the local manatee
was great. There was a slide that zooms you right
into the ocean, that was a great hit w/ the kids as
well. At night I could relax w/ my wife in the
spa/hot tub while the children played volleyball.
The last 2 days we were there my brother & his
fiancé came to visit and we grilled out in a built in
bar/grill. Boat rides w/ watercrafts and sand bars
made an awesome adventure as we found fish and
lobster. The house had everything you needed
including a Chichi hut, pool, spa/hot tub, yard,
private marina, boats, snorkeling, diving, slide, boat
launch, gorgeous home, private parking w/ room
for 12+ cars. My wife and I flew to Florida and we
took 2 days to look at all the rentals in Key Largo
for our trip with the kids. We wanted to make sure
we knew what we were getting. It was by far the
best house in town. No other house had ½ the
luxuries and amenities this one did and the location
couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s a dream
vacation home and we cannot wait to come for
another visit. We also discussed the possibility of
my brother having his wedding at the house. The
owner said it is possible and he would love to have
a wedding there. What better way than to have a
winter wedding in the warm Florida Keys. If you’re
thinking of renting don’t pass it up. |
