Our stay here could not have been more perfect. We are very thankful for the beautiful condo which is well equipped with all that we needed. Our first day we smiled when we found exactly 5 each towels (there are 5 of us), and 3 boogie boards (we have 3 daughters). We traveled the island, but the girls had the best time playing right here on our little beach. Right here at our beach is where we were lucky enough to swim with the sea turtles and watch a monk seal snooze his day away. David and I most enjoyed our daily 6:00 am yoga practice out on the sacred site adjacent to your beach. Sunrise is beautiful and very inspiring. We were sorry to say goodbye to it this morning, but we know that it will be here for us next time. To all who come here after us, enjoy every minute of your adventure.

What a wonderful surprise your home was to us! It is absolutely beautiful here. The boys body surfed and boogie boarded at our beach (out front) and swam in the wonderful pool. We were amazed at the changes on the beach with the movement of the sand. We had a wonderful, wonderful time and were so content just to stay at our own beach and pool and enjoy your home. It is so peaceful here. With heavy hearts, we must leave on Saturday. We hope to come back one day. Mahalo.

Kauai is a great place and this home has wonderful accommodations as well. The home is very spacious and tastefully done on the inside. We truly hope for a future visit too. Thank you for everything. Thank you for sharing your Kauai “Paradise Home” with our family. My father-in-law discovered your little piece of paradise last year when they were vacationing in Kauai. The told us how “wonderful” and “perfect” it would be for our family vacation. We heard the location was a dream come true. When we arrived, our six year old son was the first through the door followed by his grandfather. I heard his voice scream with so much JOY and HAPPINESS:
“WOW, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! It’s like “home” not a hotel… the backyard is HUGE and there’s the beach! It’s perfect. It’s so awesome. Are you sure this is where we’re staying?”
When my husband and I saw your home, the location and ALL you have done to create such a comfortable paradise home, we were thankful and felt so blessed. We very much appreciate you sharing your home and the little treasures that made our visit relaxing, fun, memorable and quite comfortable. Our six year old son lived at the beach and pool. A Big and Heartfelt Mahalo for EVERYTHING. Your home is truly lovely and reflects the Hawaiian culture and beauty.

| We’ve been coming to this condo for about 6 years now and have nothing but great things to say about it. Our 4 ½ yr. old daughter has been coming since she was just an infant and has probably been here at least 8 times. The small rock pool has been the best for the kids, as well as the unique rivers and pools that form each day at the beach. Our daughter and her cousin play for hours out there, making up games and building castles. We’ll be back soon! Thanks Neil and Louise. |

| The condo, the pool, and the grounds are equally beautiful. The cove has a wonderful calm swimming area for children and the beach around the point has great wave action for body surfing or is the perfect place for long walks. The mid-island location makes it easily accessible to anything you choose to do on Kauai. The short walk to the marketplace for shopping, a movie or lunch is a bonus. Thank you so much for the opportunity to rent your lovely condo. Amazing job you did with the decorating. My husband, myself and our four year old son spent our entire vacation stay here. The whimsy of the 2nd bedroom was appreciated. Will, our son, felt the need to open all the doors on the bird houses. After he asked 100 times, I finally said "Yes, if you can catch a bird outside you can put it in the white bird house in your room." Knowing he would never catch a bird ;) But he was happy to dream of having a bird in there.
We enjoyed a relaxing time here with a lot of time spent in the ocean and the pool. The "Beach Closet" with toys was well used. I'm a bit waterlogged and we still have 2 days left. Weather was wonderful all days in the low 80's. We added some pieces of coral to your dish on the yellow chest in the living room.
Thank you so much for te lovely memories of our first family vacation. Our state of Oregon is beautiful but your condo made us feel so much at home in another beautiful state. |

We spent three weeks on Kauai, and the last nine days in 415 were delightful. Your décor is elegant and comfortable. The beds were especially plush and restful. We loved the “Blue Bath” pastel and Carol is sending us a print. She remembers you and sends her best.
We enjoyed a wonderful “Aloha” dinner at Dukes last evening complete with a sinful hula pie. We had a delightful dinner at the Beach House. Our favorite beach was the one at the Princeville Hotel. Just drive up, tell the valet that you are going to the beach, enjoy the day, pick up the car, and tip! Like your grandchildren, we would love to return. Adopt us!

We have had a wonderful stay in your lovely unit. Thank you especially for the kid stuff! The booster seat was, of course, invaluable for our toddler. We also made good use of the Legos, sand toys, bubbles & crayons. Our pre-schooler so loved the Seahorse Teasures and Whale who wanted to be Small, that we picked up our own copies today at Borders.
Being on the first floor was perfect.: not having to worry that the kids’ pitter patter because of disturbance from someone below. More than that, how easy and fun to go play on the big lawn right outside the door. Thank you for providing the foot bath! It was wonderful for keeping the sand and grass outside, and not on the floors inside. We hope to return soon. Thank you!

We’ve enjoyed our first visit to Kauai, although we knew we were walking into one of the heaviest fainfall periods, we found plenty of activities to keep us busy. We took advantage of the pool and played on the beach out front. Two monk seals kept us entertained as they beached themselves for a rest. The girls enjoyed the sand toys and we kept the umbrella close by. We recommend “Kayak Wailua” Guided by Beth and a drive to the beaches of the North Side. We are off to Po’ipu today for the remainder of our stay. We enjoyed our time in your unit and look forward to our next visit.

We are so thankful that we stayed in your condo with all its space and amenities. We had rain, lots of RAIN!! The interior and amenities of the condo become much more important when beaches are closed due to excessive flooding/sewage problems. Currently, other nearby properties are closed and moving guests elsewhere. We feel lucky that we were not flooded out as many were – not to mention the loss of life with flooding.
We played in the pool, played cards and dominos. Loved the waterfalls. Loved the few days of sun and fluffy white clouds. We also went on the Napali Explorer Zodiac 3.5 hour tour. We are repeat customers - kids and parents loved it, despite the rain. “Rob” was our captain. “King and I” Thai food was great. Try the Mango fish. Again Thanks – Wonderful. If we would have been at home, we would have had snow.

Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the Island from your great condo the week past. While we have spent many times together over the past 40+ years, this was one of the best!
Your condo is superbly appointed and comfortable beyond question - its location shelters it from excess wind, however we did have to disassemble the down-spout during the storm and clean it out to eliminate potential flooding of the patio. Where there is a will, there is a way and where there is a table knife, there is a screwdriver!
The umbrella was a lifesaver!

We feel so fortunate to have spent time in your "little piece of paradise".
Scott and Sarah were here with us the first week. We let them sleep in the master bedroom so they could be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. During that week, we ate at Dukes Hukilau, and several other places. We also went kayaking and took a sunset cruise to the NaPali coast. Scott and Sarah thought your condo was amazing and we enjoyed having them here with us.
The last ten days Charlie and I took full advantage of the pool. We also played in the ocean. Each morning I walked the beach to see the sunrise and marveled at the beauty that surrounds us here.
Charlie used Neil's pole to go fishing. He bought a new lure and lost it in the rocks in less than half an hour.
We rented a Jeep and we've been exploring the center of the island. We couldn't believe the 3 foot wide philodendron leaves.
Thank you so much for sharing these wonderful surroundings with us. We're looking forward to next year.

It's been a lovely stay. Your condo and the island are so beautiful and the Asian theme is perfect.
Although we've been to the Islands several times and visited three of them, it is beyond me why we did not know about Kauai and its beauty. I guess we heard only about the rain.... but it's rained only once during our stay and then only briefly.
The highlight of our trip was unquestionably our drive to the other side of the Island to visit Limahuli Tropical Gardens, then stopping for a late lunch at the Princeville Hotel. (Thanks Neil) The lunch was excellent and the view overlooking Hanalei Bay was stunning. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!
You didn't mention the pool, but I took advantage of it every morning for my water aerobics - that way I can eat what I like and not put on weight. Today, we head south to snorkel and then back to pack.

We have been completely delighted with our stay here. We cannot imagine a more perfect location for our family to stay. We planned on visiting a lot of the other island spots but the kids always wanted to come back to their "Hawaii House" and go to the beach pool. The condo is delightful and all of the personal touches a lovely and very useful.
