Just a quick note to say thanks for the great house, hospitality & information on the local area.
Have left you a little bit of Australia in the form of Bundaberg Rum. It's not much, but if you like spirits, this is lovely - either straight with a couple cubes of ice, or with Coke.
Once again thank you for the house, advice & hospitality.

| Tim was able to quickly and efficiently accommodate our last minute plans to escape the valley heat. The house is attractively and comfortably furnished and the location is great--easy access to outdoor activities and Flagstaff. We brought our dogs, and they loved the spacious back yard. Refunds of the security and partial cleaning deposit occurred quickly. We'll definitely stay here again. |

I was referred to this house as a getaway while in Arizona and am glad for it. It's a very comfortable house to be in. I use it for access to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and other sights in the area. Tim helps us very well when we want to vacation or just take a short break in the Flagstaff area.

I have stayed at this house a number of times over the last few years and can honestly say it is a clean, comfortable, and convenient place for any visitor to the Flagstaff area, as well as being a good base for venturing on many beautiful day trips to Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the Mogollon Rim (Payson, Strawberry, Jerome, etc.). Nice quiet place to stay among the pines, yet just a few minutes to downtown Flagstaff. The owner is extremely easy to work with and does the "extras" to make your stay memorable.

| I have stayed at this "mountain home in the pines" many times and have never been disappointed. Great location, always clean, and the neighbors are very welcoming and helpful. What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy Flagstaff and the surrounding area. Thanks for sharing it with us!!! |

I just wanted to thank you for letting us enjoy your home...we had a great time. My son's graduation was wonderful and he was really happy that all of his family was there to enjoy it. We really enjoyed the beautiful snow fall Saturday night and Sunday morning. I'm sorry that I had to call you regarding the locked door, that was not a very smart thing to do on my part! I hope that you found your home in the condition that you had given it to us in. I would have done the laundry for you but there was not enough time. Again, thank you for letting us rent your home, it was a wonderful place to stay...it was just like home.
