We very reluctantly left your lovely home this afternoon after a wonderful time there. Our city kids were thrilled to poke around in the streams, eat apples and pears from your trees, and run around the fields. My husband and I managed to take a very nice hike up the mountain and we enjoyed the lush scenery. The cake from Pine View Bakery was a smash, and my brother-in-law, who is an amateur chef and made the dinner for my father's birthday celebration, was happy to work in such a well-stocked kitchen.
Can you tell we had a simply delightful time in your home?! Thank you very much for helping my sister and I create the perfect birthday experience for our father. We won't forget our time there, and we hope to go back some time soon.

The F, D and L families would like to thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home on Tonche Mountain. The house exceeded expectations and certainly satisfied our requirements.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing time, we couldn't have asked for better weather. The children loved exploring the forest and playing in stream, and we all got more than our fair share of fresh air. We thought we were able to see the stars well in Bermuda, but the night sky up in the mountains was amazing.

| The house and setting are stunning. Pegene's directions were flawless and dealing with her on every aspect of the rental was a pleasure. I would rent it again in a heartbeat! |

We had an amazing weekend with our friends
celebrating my 30th Birthday. The area had been
hit by an ice storm, so upon our arrival we had no
heat or electricity. We lit tons of candles, made a
delicious Turkey, Bean & Dark Chocolate Chili &
stayed warm in our down parkas while the owners
drove 3 hours to bring us a generator. We were
happy to have the heat, but missed the candles.
The following morning we woke to the most
beautiful display of crystal laden branches & an
expansive view of the mountains surrounding. We
enjoyed outdoor fires with S'mores & indoor fires
with board games. It was the perfect house to
connect with friends, enjoy great feasts, and
indulge in genuine rest. |

Cairn Haven is one of the most beautiful places I
have ever seen. The house, the setting, the scenery,
it is a little bit of heaven.
We arrived to a very clean & organized house. It is
both spacious & cozy at the same time. All of the
kids loved it, whether it was games (lots of poker!),
walks in the woods or a movie.
The deck was especially enjoyed- the view is
spectacular!
Enjoy your vacation there! You wont regret it!!! |

| Our trip to the Catskills was such a joy. It was a house that became a home to the Rhoda family for a beautiful week-end in a beautiful setting. The house is attractive, beautifully furnished, in perfect condition and very inviting. The floor plan was ideally suited to handle a large group. We loved the master bedroom with the fireplace, wow! The kitchen had everything we could possibly want. The area has lots of great restaurants and activities. Perfect any time of year. |
