We stayed here for a week in August 2009 and it was just perfect!
The photos do not do the property justice. It is well appointed and a perfect location. Hope to be back again next summer - and for many more to come!

| Our family stayed at this home for one week in July 2009. Margaret was extremely attentive to making our visit relaxful and the home worked well for our family of 5. Centrally located on the island and situated in a residential neighborhood where you will feel like a permanent resident. The neighbors were pleasant and water access at the end of the street where we waalked the dog each morning. Large yard, all amenities, and as a bonus, air conditioning and pet friendly!! Best price/value we found on the island. |

| My family and I are originally from the area and this was the perfect place to stay when we came home for my son's graduation. It is the warmest, coziest house and if the owner ever had it up for sale I would move back to the island and buy it!!!!! My kids loved it!!!!! It is so clean and everything in there is well taken care of and in great working order. The owner is absolutely a DELIGHT to work with and sooooooooooo accomodating. She really added to our trip being a success by working with us in every way. I cannot wait to go back there again and I will!!! The location is perfect also, near the beach but not close enough to have all the bugs invade your space. We all had a most pleasant stay at this cozy little beach house. |

The place is amazing! Beautiful area! Very close to the
beach. Taking little walks around the area VERY
relaxing!!!!!!!! The place must be 100 times better in
Spring or Summer! The house itself was very clean. My
friends, I and our kids had a BLAST!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely
recommend going there! |

| I stayed at this house for a weekend with my son, a girlfriend and her daughter and we had the most wonderful time! It was perfect! So clean, and well-maintained and accessorized with everything we needed! The bay was a 2 minute walk and perfect to take kids. The backyard is huge and also gave tons of room for them to roam around. A++++++ Will definitely come back! |

| We stayed at this beautiful home for two different weeks over last summer. We had so much fun, with beaches all over and shopping and great food, there was so much to do. There is a place down the street where you can rent boats for fishing for a great price, vineyards to tour, and plenty of goodies in the garage to use like bicycles and fishing rods. The house feels like your own home, comfortable, clean, even a plasma tv in the living room with cable for cozy nights in after long days on the beach. My husband and I would recommend this house for anyone, families or couples. Plenty of room and a nice big back yard to cook out and play. We are already trying to find vacation time in this years calendar to go there again. |

| I rented this prperty for a week in the summer of 2008 and absolutely loved it! Its adorable, well decorated, with a huge back yard. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach on the bay side and a quick drive over the bridge to the beach side. A 10 to 15 minute drive to Tanger Outlets with some amazing shopping. There are a ton of restaurants and bars that are within reasonable cost. It is very family friendly and i would reccomend it to anyone looking for a nice relaxing time. |
