Just a note to let you know how much we
enjoyed our stay in the Bayswater
Apartment, everything went smoothly and
Adrian was very efficient & helpful.
Very handy to have Tesco and e-gate at
the doorstep. The public area around the
apartment is always clean, it felt like
we were at a 5 star resort.
The apartment is spacious and modern. We
found the beds very big and comfy. The
kitchen was great with a huge
fridge/freezer and we love the hot/warm
water dispenser.
Having a washing machine was a big plus.
Has 2 parking bays for cars which was
very handy. We feel safe and secure at
all times.
We found Lawrence very efficient and he
replies to all our queries promptly.
In Penang, Adrian the manager was
helpful and punctual.
We have recommended the apartment to
friends and family.

Thanks very much for your comments! Positive comments like these help us to improve our newly finished condo.
We have already added a good variety of cutlery and cooking utensils, including mixing bowls, a titanium wok, pots & pans. We have also furnished it with a hair-dryer, a lighted make-up mirror, a toaster, electric hot-water kettle, a rice cooker, a blender, a coffee machine and a chopper.

Thanks for making your condo available to us for the short
term holiday rental. We had a fantastic stay, as the
facilities were great.
Adrian was extremely helpful and cooperative and helped us
settle in when we first arrived.
There were a couple of items that you could think about
adding to the condo for future rentals - a toaster, some
condiments (eg salt, pepper, sugar, oil), some mixing bowls
and other basic utensils. Maybe another swipe card would be
useful to go with the second set of keys.
We really did enjoy our stay and would recommend the
apartment to other travellers. We have just returned home
and seen that you have returned our deposit, which is much
appreciated.

Thanks again!
We had a wonderful stay at the Bayswater
apartment. The kids especially loved the
pool which was shaded most of the day
and except for weekend evenings was not
crowded. Being next to Tesco is also
especially useful as we could easily pop
over for food, groceries and other
necessities. There is a Pizza Hut in the
Tesco complex where we could get pizza
for the kids. While we were unable to
get the WiFi by the pool to work, there
are several restaurants in the e-Gate
mall that have free WiFi (Starbucks, Old
Town, Hongkie Kopitiam, Noodle Station).
The apartment faces the highway so there
is a constant hum of traffic which did
not really bother us. All in all, this
apartment worked well for our needs and
we will stay here again.
