| We have recently returned from another stay at the Clawson House in Bisbee. This has become a second home to us as we have enjoyed this wonderful house and community for a six week stay for four consecutive years. Clawson House graciously embraces you with its hospitality; it is spacious, yet intimate, and is well-appointed and well-equipped from all necessary appliances to wine glasses. It is an easy and fun place to entertain friends. Its large lot provides a most generous allowance for parking, a uniquely rare asset in Bisbee. Having a care-taker (Abigail) on site is an additional bonus. We think that Abigail is a rare find. We use the two extra bedrooms for periodic visits with close friends as we would in our own home. The Clawson House provides extremely luxurious living in a city we consider the very best Arizona has to offer. |

This is truly a special property. In keeping with its standing as the mine manager's house of old, it stands proudly on its own hill, with commanding views in many directions over Bisbee.
It has such atmosphere and charm. Plenty of books for avid readers, a warm fire for cold weather, efficient central heating, high-quality furnishings and linens. It was wonderful to sit out on the deck and pass the time.
Ours was a family reunion, gathering together relatives from England, the US and Canada. We all loved our stay here. We felt very grand!
Abigail, the caretaker, is a delight. Very friendly and approachable without being obtrusive.
I would highly recommend Clawson House - perfect location and charming accommodation. |
