| Absolutely beautiful, the condo is wonderfully located, looking off the balcony you have a great view of the ocean. You feel at home with the beach in your backyard. The condo is well equipped allowing us to save a ton of money cooking right at home. My favorite, having my morning coffee sitting on the balcony. |

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at your condo.........very clean and furnished very nice. The view of the pool and ocean kept us on the balcony between those water visits.
Will be back next year for sure......

We had a great extended weekend in Destin. The condo was beautiful and so convenient to the beach! We only had a 1 minute walk to the sand. Thanks for being so easy to work with. I hope to use you again in the future!

| We had a great time, the condo is very nice and clean and having your own washer and dryer is a huge plus. Susannah is super to work with. The ocean is beautiful and you have a nice view of it from the balcony. |

We had a great time at this beach. The first day we were there it rained, but we relaxed, got to enjoy the condo, and did some shopping. We LOVED the condo. The next two days it was beautiful! The water was so clear. We stayed on the beach all day. The condo and it's views were just as you described. I put the keys in the mail today so they should be there soon. Once again thanks. It was a wonderful vacation. Next year we'll definitely remember to check back with you about renting it again.

Hi Susannah,
Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. We will be a regular renter.
We only had a day and a half of rain. The rest of the time was sunny. The rain days gave my wife time to do some shopping, so all in all, it was a great trip.
We went to a place called "The Old Bay Steamer" in Fort Walton Beach. It was very good if you like steamed seafood.
The condo was very nice. No complaints at all from us. Two full baths is a wonderful thing when two women have to get ready for dinner.
I guess our only complaint was that we only had a week.

| Beautiful Ocean View! Unit is very clean and comfortable. The decor is very elegant and you feel like you are staying in someone's home rather than just a beach rental. The bathrooms are good sized which is nice when you have several people trying to change out of wet bathing suits or get ready to go to dinner. It was also convenient to have full size washer and dryer separate from bathrooms so we could do laundry at night while the children slept. It was also great to have a fridge with an icemaker and water dispenser. Condo complex is small, quiet and within walking distance to Pompano Joes and Theos Pizza. It was so much better than staying in a big high rise and having to fight to get on elevator and find a chair at the pool. We will definitely rent this unit again! Go - you will be glad you did! |
