| We had a lovely time staying in Tim's truly luxurious guesthouse. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. We enjoyed eating our meals on the back patio, which overlooked the golf course and had beautiful views. The waterpark was par none for a hotel/resort. Between the pool at our house and the waterpark, our kids (and the adults) had the time of their lives. The house was stocked with everything-- from bath and pool towels to everything imaginable in the kitchen. There was more than ample space for our 4 adults and 4 kids. There was a provided pack-n-play and high chair for our baby. There were plenty of board games and movies to keep the kids occupied during down times. Staying at Tim's house at the Reunion Resort was a really enjoyable vacation for all of us. |

| We have rented houses and stayed at Ginn Reunion Resort for the past 5 years each October, both through the resort and directly with owners. Tim's lovely house was by far the best and most reasonably priced accomadation of any of those prior experiences. Excellent pool, hot tub, seperate in-law's quarters for my wife's parents and plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. Combined with a terrace overlooking the golf course and main hotel, barbeque grill and two usable garage spaces and it was for us the perfect and upscale set-up at an excellent price. Tim and his property manager were a breeze to deal with, the guest cards and parking passes seemless to use throughout the property and at the always wonderful and uncrowded Ginn waterpark (shhh, it's an Orlando hidden jem!). We will definately be back. |

It was great doing business with you and your professionalism was exceptional! The excitement ? at residing at your home was evident from everyone who stayed there and those that visited. We were totally satisfied with the accommodations and the view was spectacular!!!
We will keep you in mind for any future visits that may occur. Question: Do you have other properties in any other areas? You never know where we might visit.
Again, thank you for allowing us to be a part of a wonderful experience. I will highly recommend this property.

| This is the fourth house we have rented. It was definitely the best. Other communities say they have waterparks and they are not good. This one was very good and perfect for our five year old. We will be staying here from now on. It is very easy to get to Disney and there are stores and restaurants very close by. The house is great, you won't be disappointed. |

| My family and I had our first trip to WDW we really struggled with the decision to stay Off or On the Park. I can undoubtedly say we made an excellent choice by staying at Tim's wonderful house at Reunion. We have 4yr old twins who at the end of a long day at the Parks were ready to get back to the house and spend some down time in the pool. Tim's house has a great picturesque location on the golf course as well as easy access to all the WDW parks. When a small glitch with the WiFi did occur Tim was very prompt with sending someone out to fix the issue. At the end of our stay the only negative thing I can say is we did not have enough time to enjoy the marvelous accommodations that Tim has to offer at Reunion. Looking foward to our next visit!!! | We just got back from a wonderful week and stay at Tims house in Orlando. This home was magnificent! The beds were sooo comfy, the interior furnishings were lavish just to say the least! Tim was wonderful to work with and when our week was up, we were so bummed out!The pool and jaquzzi were awesome as well.I recommend this to anyone who wants to be away form the Disney action and look forward to a quiet evening without Mickey Mouse. Just 4-5 miles to Disney and you are there. You will Love this place.Ü |

Tim's home is extremely nice......better than the pictures. The resort is an awesome place to spend a week - great for adults as well as the kids.

HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous home with an owner who made it a true pleasure to stay. All the basics (comfortable beds, lovely linens, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen) were provided and the extras made this a superb choice. Some extras – high quality furnishings including the patio furniture, large BBQ, bicycles, games and movie selections, and the amazing VIEW!!! The home is close to all attractions, airport, I4, grocery store/CVS/Pizza Hut within walking distance and yet so quiet and peaceful at night.
As an added bonus, this beautiful home is on the nicest resort I have ever had the pleasure to visit. The staff at Reunion is outstanding, very professional and no detail was overlooked. The waterpark area was extensive (slides, dump buckets, climbing nets, lazy river, large pool, plenty of lounge chairs and no crowds), three golf courses (superb and I had lots of opportunity to practice sand shots out of a number of the 268 bunkers on the Watson course), exercise facilities, tennis courts, business centers with computers, and much more.
Thanks again Tim for offering your home to us for such a memorable vacation, we are hoping to return soon, very soon.

Exceptional Value
I had the good fortune to spend a week at Tim's rental home in Ginn Reunion. The resort is top notch and I was very pleased with the prompt and friendly responses for the owner. If you're into golf, this property has the best view of several holes right out the back windows/patio-think postcard perfect. A lot of lower end rental houses at Ginn do not have a golf course view. The home is very nicely furnished and the mattresses and linens are high end and extremely comfortable. For convenience, a supermarket and a pharmacy are less than a mile away from the home. the value part of the equation comes in when you start to factor in those small add-ons, such as pool heat and high cleaning fees charged at other rentals. I know on my future visits to the Orlando area, it will difficult to stay anywhere else but Tim's vacation home.
